Have been a tenant through Luke Goggin for around 5 years. I can not fault them at all. Staff has always been amazing, especially Emma. Have recently had an inspection with Brooke who was also very pleasant and professional. Highly recomend Luke goggin. They have definitely made the stress of finding somewhere to rent so much easier and when maintenance needs to be done they are right on it.

Update. Been with them now for a good few years (and still in the same property). During COVID they were doing an awesome thing with using an online app to do inspections, but have dropped that now. I asked them to wear a mask (I'm immune compromised) for the last inspection and they didn't. Like all other agencies, they are taking this current housing mess as a chance to boost prices even for long-term tenants. Not sure if I will still be here this time next year if they repeat that trend.

Negotiating the rental market has been challenging for first timers, but the girls at Luke Goggin are making the process much easier. Very professional, perfectly groomed and warm.

Worst rental department I have ever dealt with. They are all smiles till they get you into a property.then nothing gets done in the way of maintenance and repairs. The rental agent tells you that legal advice you have gotten is wrong even though from a legal professional. Would only recommend that you steer clear!
