After 5 years had a LED flickering and Prahran showroom team of Berenger Katich & Daniel promptly resolved the issue with an out of the box solution. Appreciate it guys

Best customer service, highly recommended - I’m a very indecisive person in terms of choosing the right light fitting for our house. We had exchanged some light fittings 3 times to diffident colours or designs. The staff at the warehouse were so helpful, they gave us a lot professional advises and made the exchange process so smoothly. Thank you so much for the patience and helpful advises:)

Some interesting and stylish lighting. Quite expensive, but unique pieces. Not for everyone but couldn't help myself and splashed out on a great 3 ring centrepiece for above my new dining table.

I’ve purchased a number of lights from Lucretia in recent years and can’t fault the quality and customer service. They even replaced free of charge a glass shade when it was broken while cleaning. Highly Recommend.
