Worst retailer to deal with, sold me a faulty product from Catch.com.when I raised it up with Luck a guy called me and within 5 mins of the call he determined it's installation error. I've been assembling furnitures all my life and I'm good with tools. There were alsor screws that were missing they were very kind to offer to send it but yet haven't received the screws yet. The only thing that they offered is a $10 as a goodwill gesture. They can shove that $10 up their buttocks.

I was looking to upgrade my table for ages and I had very specific dimensions.

I also had an idea of what I wanted it to look like and Luco definitely delivered!

Reasonably fast postage and pricing. The main part of the table was assembled which saved me a lot of time in setting up.

I absolutely love my new setup for my computer. The build quality is fantastic. The cable management compartment was absolutely godsent.

The only negative thing was upon delivery I noticed some damage to the box but the table was fine!

Will be ordering again with you guys.

We came across Luco Furniture while looking for a dinner table for our new home. We really loved the photos of the Owen dining set and we decided to go to the warehouse and have a look. At the warehouse, we met William who is really friendly and helpful. He helped us pick the furniture that best suits our space.

We were able to negotiate the price so that’s within our budget and William was kind enough to offer a discount on delivery and assembly free of charge. Due to this reason we ended up buying the Owen Dining set, Owen Nesting Coffee Table and the Elyse 3-seater sofa.

The quality of Luco Furniture is really good and we loved their designs. I would highly recommended Luco Furniture for their quality, affordability and the great customer service.

I had just purchased my own place and wanted a dining table that I loved, but didn't want to spend thousands on. I came across Luco Furniture on Google, loved the table, ordered it straight away. Within a couple of hours I had heard from the owner that they could deliver it that same day, what a rarity. I had it delivered the next day. Upon delivery it was pouring rain, instead of just rushing off after bringing the boxes inside, the owner (I'm sorry I've forgotten your name) offered to help build the table and chairs and without hesitation was back in with his drill putting it all together. I could not rate the customer service high enough! The table is gorgeous, I get compliments all the time. I also love that the chairs are light. Fabulous, locally owned business.

We bought a dining setting from Luco. Unfortunately we didn't measure the dining room space before we made the purchase and we ended up having to return the table. Before we returned it William at Luco did everything he could to help us with an alternative table. William was very accommodating and extremely patient with us. His customer service was just outstanding. In the end we were able to keep the chairs, however we had to buy the table elsewhere only because Luco didn't have one that fitted the space we needed. William was fair in the process and fair in the price for the chairs. The quality of the furniture is excellent for the price. I have already recommended Luco to some friends and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone. You will not get this level of service in a retail store. 5 stars from me!

The quality of the bed is really good. The joints are perfect. Also, they provide the best service. Really happy with my decision to shop from them:)

Luco were very easy to deal with. They were able to answer questions about the bed I was interested in, provide cost for delivery on the spot and they organised quick delivery. The bed was easy to put together. Full marks.

I ordered a sofa 8pm on Tuesday and receive it the next day afternoon. I bet this is the fastest delivery in Australia.

The sofa was very competitively priced, and looks great. I was also invited into the warehouse to see it prior to purchase, and offered in home installation for free. Great service from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble.

Highly recommend, customer service from William was fantastic. I brought online and very fast delivery and fast to respond to any questions you may have. Will be buying from there again.

After many hours searching I found Luco Furniture and Decoration.
I am so glad I did. William went above and beyond any of my expectations
with his professionalism, advise and attention to my situation. I had been to a few stores and was not even acknowledged. Everywhere I looked I was told there would be many weeks delay on my goods. With Luco I had my order within days.
In addition their prices were less expensive that all the other websites I had visited.
Well done William, I will have no hesitation of recommending you to my friends.

Great price and looks like the photos once assembled. I have the hamis entertainment unit and it looks great, was shipped really fast too. The only downside is the fact the instructions to construct the unit were absolutely useless, may as well not have been included. I emailed them asking for some more help and they said they are updating their instructions in the future so if that happens i would buy from them again. If my partner hadn't worked in the furniture for years we would have had no hope putting it together.

Despite being post-lockdown the process was easy to collect
My coffee table is exactly as described and was easy to assemble!
Would recommend.
