Worst club i have ever seen, security guards were racist. They were not allowing any other nationality other than australians.

Absolutely disgusting service. The employees are rude. Ordered a few drinks for my friends, overcharged for extra drinks and then refused to make them or refund us. The security then kicked out my friend just because he was sitting alonw

Female bartender on the side with the blonde, short hair and glasses is the most unreasonable, rude and unprofessional staff I’ve ever dealt with.
A friend that I entered the club with had a birthday package, he was given 3 free drink cards.
I handed one of these drink cards to the bartender NEXT TO the female bartender with short hair and glasses. That bartender with glasses pipes up and says “that’s fake we stopped accepting those months ago”.
How’s that true when we were just given this card minutes ago?
She proceeded to be unreasonable to my explanation of when I recieved it and ripped the free drink card without giving me the free drink!
Meanwhile, I left that bar to go to the main bar where the AMAZING female bartender with brown hair at the main bar had absolutely no issue with accepting my other free drink card.

3 hours later the security guard with a mullet said unfortunately a member of BAR STAFF has barred you. Gee I wonder who!

If you go to lucky thursdays I recommend dealing with the security and main bar staff, most are beautiful. As for side bar, bartender with glasses, absolutely do not go there!

Drinks and entry were very affordable. The djs in both the bunker and main room were great! The bartenders were very friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn’t rate it 5 stars is because of security and the bouncers they were unapproachable and unfriendly.

The good parts were drinks are affordable. Cheap entry.
Sorry to say this But the atmosphere here is terrible. Music is very poor, left within 1 hour of being there hoping something would change. But didn’t… will not be coming back…

Your bouncers need to be educated on ID from other states. Someone holding a WA drivers licence shouldn’t need to show a second form of ID.

Imagine you have a chronic elbow injury for a couple years and some time after surgery you finally have some confidence and courage to go out and be social. You wait in line with your friend for 2 hours who took the night off work to enjoy together and you are asked to button up one of the long sleeve shirts you are wearing, so as you do that you are told you are not getting in. There was no explanation from the rude security after I was complying. I felt as though the other people who were less cooperative and drunk were just passed in and I was discriminated against. Quite an upsetting experience and suddenly a night cut short. This isn't the place for me if security are unreasonable and treating others without respect.

Average music average atmosphere, expensive entry, expect to see your younger cousin here and expect to be charged to here remixers of mily Cyrus… there must be more in Melbourne

I would expect my 13 year old sister would sneak into and have a good time. Shockingly bad drinks services, terrible music selection if your older than 18 I would recommend not going here

We just wanted to have a drink or two and listen to some music and this was one of the few clubs that was opened on Wednesday night but they made it clear we were not welcome with just dismissed hand gestures (no words). Someone really needs to teach the security guards/bouncers some manners. I understand that they have to deal with a lot drunks and unruly folks but treating tourists the way they do just gives the club and Melbourne a bad name. They need to be sent to New Zealand to get some training on how to do their jobs.

Mood was mid music was mid charged 13$ for a bottle of water vodkas are allegedly 5$ however a water and a vodka came out to 19$ magically

Update: Still receiving text messages and they blocked me on Facebook messenger. What a joke this business is.

After calling them out for sending unwanted text messages they continue to do so.

Website says $5 shots but inside all the bar staff claim they’ve never heard of it. Also said it was $5 entry for students but we were charged $15. Legit false advertising. Not to mention the df was just dead. Learn to run a club jesus.

This was unfortunately the worst club I have ever been to and would never recommend anyone ever goes here. For starters, their website claimed that it was $5 entry and $5 shots. Upon arriving their entry fee was infact $20 per person and drinks were $14 and the staff new nothing of what the website advertised. This false advertising completely ruined the venue. Other than that the venue was poorly taken care of - the bathrooms were disgusting and the staff were extremely rude. Do not ever go to this venue.

I would rate 0 star but there's no option. The security guards were extremely rude to us. They expected our pocket money to let us in while letting others come through (because we're Asian? !), especially the thin guy stood in front of the door.

Prior to the pandemic: this nightclub was the choice for me and my friends. I still have good memories of long nights, made friends and more. As part of the night life they can be strict with admiting unaccompanied men later in the night. Nonetheless, enjoy the night and behave!
