Lucky Little Dumplings

There was a piece of metal in one of my dumplings and my friend nearly choked on it.
I contracted them about it but never heard back.

Underwhelming. Kids like it so come occasionally, but you always get the feeling they just don't care enough about the food or the service. Rice comes late, they forget a drink, dumplings are served cold. So many better options in the area.

Bizarre, walked in Saturday 8: 30pm, asked for a table for three, sorry we are closed for dine in, but happy to do takeaway. Plenty of empty tables. Confused.

This was really nice. Service staff nice. We over ordered - and they let us take home. Yum

10-course yum-cha was about 6 courses of pre-selected food brought out sequentially, which was not my expectation of yum-cha. In other yum-cha restaurants food is wheeled around for you to select from.
Quality was fine, no complaints.

It's an absolutely wonderful atmosphere and lovely service and overall brilliant food. Couldn't get any better!

It was the biggest amount of dough I ever ate in my life. Almost no filling there. The staff was nice tho, but I'm not coming back sorry.

Exceptional! The food is fresh, delicious and generous in size! The decor is very clean and comfortable and service prompt and efficient. A firm favourite! 10/10!

Excellent food here. Always quality. The only thing I may suggest is to assign ONE waiter to a table as we had about 4 different waiters all come up to us in the space of 5 minutes. It was a little annoying.

Apart from that. Food was good. Keep it up

Ordered food at 6pm was told it would be ready at 7pm. Was given take away food at 7.30pm
Was not happy! Food was undercooked. No discount, no apology for late food. Bad customer service.

I just waited an extra 40 mins for my food that I placed at 5.47pm on menu log. Got there early, sat in the freezing doorway of this restaurant waiting for pickup and then hot told it was freshly made, only to take cold food home. I recognize that restaurants can be busy, but when you wait 40 mins for cold food that's not good enough. The food is good, but they called out Lisa's name twice i saw about half a dozen people come in, and had I not gotten up and asked again, I would still be waiting in the restaurant to pickup dinner that I ordered and paid for at quarter to 6. I rang, they've asked for my name and phone number for a credit next time we dine there, but how am I to have the guarantee that this will even take place? I don't think we'll be getting takeaway from here again. Disappointed. I skipped lunch because I was busy today just to have a disappointing dinner.

Best dumplings I have had out side of China, and even then i would have to compare them side by side to compare. Great staff, good atmosphere and just soo tasty! I ate to much and then ordered more because it was just too good.

Food is beyond excellent! Service is friendly. I dine in and take away all the time… maybe too often

This fantastic restaurant offers you a great range of amazing dishes at reasonable prices the food is super tasty and fresh it will surly satisfy your tastebuds and fill the hole in your stomach and will leave you wanting more set in the heart of greensborough the staff are friendly and will greet you with a smile and a friendly hello so come on down and have a meal and see for yourself

We went Saturday lunchtime. Great food, friendly staff and very quick service. Will definitely be back!

0. Never on time and they don't even answer the phone to check the delivery. Pretty dissapointed.

Fantastic restaurant. Used a Groupon for Yum Cha and loved it. Things to improve: fried rice a little bland and tasteless otherwise everything great. Will be back

Don’t order here! We have both dined in and ordered three times, hoping it was a bad night. Unfortunately it wasn’t we couldn’t even finish the dumplings. Don’t waste your money. For speciality dumpling house this was outrageously bad, yuck!

Probably the worst restaurant in the diamond vally. Not only is their food horrible, their restaurant is filthy and customer service stinks worse than their pork dumplings
