There PA system volume is set to ear bleed volume. Can be heard all over Eastwood. If your teachers and students can't hear an announcement they need a hearing aid. The other schools don't have their PA systems set so loud as to become annoying to everyone in a 2km radius. There is EPA regulations on noise.
