Such a convenient, friendly and comfortable experience - from searching online, to trying on in store, to wearing and then the easy returns process that takes care of cleaning as part of the rental cost. It was extremely easy to hire the dress I was after, with the dress posted straight away, and I really appreciated Angela's reassurance when Australia Post delayed the delivery.
