LUBE Mobile

The mechanic was on time and called before coming and organised all parts required for the service and the final report was ideal knowing what will be occuring in the next service.

I have now used Lube Mobile three times to service my Land Cruiser.

It is extremely easy to book a time, one simply goes to the website where the available slots are displayed and you pick one that suits you.

You have the option of selecting a particular mechanic if you've had previous experience with one whom you particularly liked.

Communication is pretty much all by Text message and prior to arriving the driver/mechanic sends a link with an estimated time of arrival and a live map to track where he is. Excellent service.

The service on the car was efficient and detailed. What I also liked was the fact I could actually go and buy the oil, filters etc myself saving considerable money.

The whole process is very efficient and workman like.

Had my car fixed in a week! My car broke down on Friday evening and I had the Lube Mobile mechanic in on Saturday. The only delay was getting the right part - but that wasn't Lube Mobile's fault.
Did a great job and my car is running smoothly. Gave me a quote before starting the job and I was happy with it.
I will be using them again in future! And I would recommend them.

Ethan (M38) was very professional. Diagnosed the issue on Saturday and had the part ordered on Monday and my car was fixed on Thursday once the part was in! Ethan did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the result. Would highly recommend Lube Mobile and Ethan!

Terrible customer service they didn't bother to tell me when I'd booked a week earlier, also the mechanic himself didn't give me a quote or even try to find the problem. Extremely poor in every aspect of this encounter. Ad

Fantastic service. My car wouldn't start and they came out the next day
and had it sorted within an hour. Very friendly staff who took my calls. Highly recommend them.

Called about engine light, when I told mechanic I put oil in it (as it was low) he blamed me and said I’d caused the problem. Initially asked me if I wanted a service but I said no, after confirming with his boss he advised me to have a service anyway, he then charged me $600 and then advised me to take it to my mechanic as they did not fix the problem. Very disappointed, should have called my local mechanic in the first place. Do not recommend.

Karam was very punctual, good at explaining what the issue was, and quick to fix it. I’ll be calling karam next time our car breaks down for sure!

Very poor service, arrived early which was great but Dylan the mechanic did ring my phone or door bell to let me know he had arrived.just left card in front door and one under my windscreen.
When I discovered the car later on in the day I rang the mechanic and he told me he could not service my car as I lived on a hill but I had work done by the same company a month earlier, and that mechanic told me that there would be no problem doing the service in my drive way.
Dylan then advised me that he had knocked on my front door and when I said there is a great big sign on the door to ring the door bell! Dylan then stated that he had done that twice which is lies as to people were sitting in the room behind the front door, and you can hear the bell all the way down the back of the house.

Loved our previous mechanic, Jacob (M16), but after he moved on we switched to Dylan (M51) and are also quite happy—would recommend!

Lube Mobile can service your vehicles at home or work. Very convenient and hassle free. Highly recommend!
