My husband found exactly what he was looking for. We had gone to many shops but found the right jacket at Lowe's. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Went in to return singlets and was advised that they were underwear! And could not be returned. The rude male salesperson pointed to a postcard size policy that my 89 yo parent was supposed to have noticed and read. I'm not sure why you can try on a T-shirt and return and yet a singlet is non returnable. Needless to say we will shop elsewhere in the future. BTW we have a pkt of expensive unopened unworn singlets that will probably end up in OP SHOP. Who I am sure will be grateful!

Absolutely disgusting. Went in asking for an XL jacket and got told that no where makes that size and my partner probably has a ‘big guy’. Never going in there again

The gentleman did a great job of helping my 16yo son purchase a suit for his formal. Took into account personality, further wearability, and my son is extremely happy with what he got, and for a great price. Amongst all the chatting while we were paying, the tie (the most important part of the whole outfit) was left out of the bag. Staff were prepared to drive a significant distance to deliver it to us in time. Outstanding customer service.

It's a great shop, but needs to be a bit more inclusive of the bigger sizes and not just the usual sizes.

Service is always with a smile, and really help to find whatever you are looking for, in size, colour & style.

Went to get a quote for my provider to get some interview clothes manager was rude and stand offish wouldn't provide a quote like it was to much hard work avoid this place 0 customer service

Never have I ever encountered such an abusive disrespectful of customers staff. Will never return

Really can't give this place and the manager higher praise. I am a big guy and can always get my size at a good price. The staff are very helpful, although the larger, older lady is a little abrupt and can come across as quite harsh (I think it's because she's greek), but the manager is great. Anyone who knocks this store doesn't know what they are talking about!

The last 3 months we have been into this shop multiple times when we have been in there, the staff members are rude and have no customer service, on one occasion one of the staff members laughed at my partner and said don’t even think of buying that it’s not gonna come close to fitting you. Today when I went to return some items that were purchased last week the manager was very rude and didn’t want to process the return. This is not how a business is run with rude customer service. I now understand why a lot of people are changing to online shopping, with customer service like this why would anyone want to go to the shop. They have lost all my business and we will now be doing our shopping online.

I will never walk into this shop again on the 13th of may 2020 around 1pm the lady working was rude and has the customer service skills of a rock. If I could give this place no stars I would.

The lady who was working was extremely rude and had poor customer service and not practicing social distancing during the pandemic.

The older lady that works there needs the sack then they might have more customers and sell more items of clothing

I'm a big man and Lowe's have big men's clothes! Makes sense to me. Fair range and prices are usually reasonably good in consideration that quality is not the highest, I find shirts and t shirts in particular come unstitched around button holes, hems, pockets etc. I know that, I know what I'm buying!

Always great value means wear. The staff in the Shepparton store are very attentive and friendly today.

Went to return an item of clothing. I was ubruptly informed 'how am I supposed to resell these if there are no tags'. I said they were in the pocket, to which there was only 1 tag. Again I was told 'how can I resell if there are no tags'. I didn't see anywhere that says for returns, item must have ALL tags attached. The only thing I found for a return was written on the docket which says to retain for returns or exchange purposes. Nothing about tags. I only wanted a different size and got rudeness.
