I'm really conflicted about this service. Having tried to get more than one GP to take my symptoms seriously and failing, companies like Low-T obviously provide an essential service. But it's expensive for what you get. $1550 a year for two ten-minute telephone consultations, two pathology referrals, and four scripts. And that price doesn't include medication.

I was also disappointed by the indemnity paperwork. They're very upfront about the possibility of adverse side-effects of treatment but if you experience any, they just refer you back to your regular physician. And let's remember, it's because of how unwilling most GPs are to refer for TRT which is why you're here in the first place.

After getting my results for Low T, the doctor only spent 3 minutes over the phone after getting results. No discussion about side effects of testosterone replacement, (it’s a life long commitment). I didn’t feel comfortable to proceed with their expensive program. I suggest face to face consult would be better to alleviate any concerns.

The staffs at the clinic are extremely helpful and friendly. My life has changed for the better thanks to all of them.

Expensive but it seems to work. Your GP seems to have no interest in your testosterone levels but the LowT clinic will test your blood and send you cream within one week of paying the $1500 per year fee + medication costs.

This has changed my life. I have so much more energy now and my moods have improved dramatically. Dr Kellie, has been wonderful to deal with and so have the other staff.

DO NOT USE THIS CLINIC! IT IS A ROUGHT. My partner was prescribed testosterone cream after paying over $1900 to them. He started to develop breast tissue and went back to the clinic with this issue to which there response was go to your normal GP. But a normal GP can't help, because you need a specialist for this type of problem. You would think for the astronomical amount they are charging they would provide abit more care to there patients. He has been on the cream they prescribed for 4 weeks and just had his bloods done and his testosterone hasn't changed at all. What a waste money. These people are taking advantage of desperate men. Do not use them!

Most happy about finding the Low T Clinic. I feel on top of things again, was really struggling even though I am the eternal optimism. My self-esteem is back and my libido is good again.
I do a lot in the gym and now I am seeing results again for my hard work.

Very quick turn around from application through to consultation and prescription. The admin team were really detailed with their guidance throughout, and the doctor patiently answered all my questions. Men's health can be a very private and delicate thing to talk about, but the folks at LowT a very comfortable experience
