Staffed with young girls too interested in talking about their personal lives. Not asking for help, but would like to be greeted upon entry into a store and not made to feel like I'm not supposed to be there and like I'm interuppting their time. Good Customer service is a rare find these days.

Staff don't wear masks. If you don't believe in covid, that's your perogative. To put your beliefs ahead of the health and safety of those around you is just plain wrong.

Went back to return $130 worth of hair clips that I did not even use and no refunds apparently due to COVID. Hair clips brand new with their original packaging. Although in store I have witnessed people trying on jewellery and touching heaps of items and this is okay?
I don’t understand how this policy makes sense or reduces the risk of COVID transmission.
Abusing the system with a joke of a policy only to help Lovisa refuse people from refunds. Not impressed.

Thanks to Cat for your help in store today. I came looking for one pair of earrings & left with three, all of which are great (one pair especially). Thanks again l probably wouldn’t have found even one of these in my own (sometimes l just can’t pick with so much on show!)

This is my favourite Jewellery store. I go here everytime I go shopping. This prices are super super cheap, and they have the best jewellery ever. If you haven't already gone here please go because it is amazing

Great place to go. They have different styles for an affordable price. Doesn’t break easily. Gotten so many compliments from earrings I purchased in Lovisa. The sales attendant was really sweet too. They have a lot of good deals. Recommend going here!

Range and prices are fabulous but what i found best was the sales attendant. She was so incredibly sweet and kind to my 3 year old daughter. We'll definitely be there again soon!
