Lovisa reviews
10I have bought a pair of earring for my wedding but after walking out of the door I have noticed that I picked incorrectly pair. I literally come back the store after 1 mins to ask for the exchange. The girl who served me said that they can’t not exchange for another pair and I have to buy another one. It is a company policy, but really after 1 mins - you can’t exchange the brand new product for your customer and they have to waste it and buy another products? It is terrible experience and I will never come back to store.
Went to the highpoint branch with my partner to look for hoops and didn’t get greeted by the sales assistants. They were loudly speaking about their personal conversation which I could hear every word of through the loud music in the store. Ended up finding what I needed without any help from the assistants. Emili served me because she had to put the payment through and it was overall a very uncomfortable experience. She was incredibly rude and felt like she had to deal with me because I was buying something from the store. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of customer service. Your sales assistants either need to be fired or put through a rigorous training course on how to serve customers.
Staff show extreme lack of experience and friendliness. Went on 1/4 to process a refund, I had a feeling she didn’t follow the correct procedure so I asked is that it? She said yeah and just let me go. Been over a month and I still haven’t seen the refund come through until I contacted Lovisa support which they were way more helpful. The staff member was standoffish, wouldn’t come back again.
Today I was served by Giselle, who refused to sell me an item with a sale sticker price. She claimed that one of the new staff members had put the wrong sticker on. Even though I kindly tried to explain to her that what she was doing was breaking a law, she continued to demonstrate a lack of customer service and knowledge of ACCC laws. For that reason I will be taking this matter to the ACCC so that this does not occur again.
One of the Workers there accused me and my m8s of stealing when I was reaching to go get my purse. TO GO AND PAY!
Visited today as I saw earings for sensitive ears in surgical steel and titanium. When purchasing the earings the sales assistant
pointed to sterling silver earrings on sale. I told her that for sensitive skin, Stirling silver is a very poor quality metal as it contains very little silver and a lot of nickel. She then asked her manager who said she would definitely choose Stirling silver over surgical steel. I told her I absolutely disagreed and she rudely told me to " have a nice day". I could not believe that she was going to recommend this product to people with sensitivity to metal. I then told her that she should know what she is talking about as her business is literally selling earings. Again" have a nice day"
Speaking from experience with poor quality Stirling silver earrings from Lovisa causing infection and scarring, Stirling is not the way to go. Manager does not know her business.
I went into the store at Highpoint on Thursday morning before I started work as I saw these bride to be hair clips on the website. After asking the sales assistant if they had them, she went to the ends of the earth trying to find me one in the bags of stock in the cupboards and amongst the hundreds of jewellery pieces in store. All for a $15 sale. She found me one and made me a very happy woman
I had the best experience here a couple days ago! I had a few questions and Veronica answered them all and didn't mind at all to help me. I was after a certain earring in gold but there was none out in the store. She pulled out massive bags of stock and sifted through them. She went to so much effort for me! She was so kind and fun to talk to as well.
I was so impressed and really hope that the next time I go shopping Veronica is working!
The music is waaaay too loud. It gave me a headache and I had to leave. Too bad because I actually found some cute things I would have bought if I didn't have to get away from the ridiculously loud music.
