Our developer picked Lovelight for us and i'm so glad they did! Pia was amazing to deal with, I had no idea what i wanted or colours or anything as we brought off the plan but she was great! We ended up getting the remote control blinds in two of the rooms then once i moved in i reached out and arranged for a 3rd remote and they came out and installed it.

Communication was great, install was great, product is great!

We had purchased and installed our blinds from Lovelight a couple of years ago and had them install motors into them 2 weeks ago - they are fantastic! From our initial email enquiry to having the work done, was simple and professional. The installer was fantastic as well. Such a good job and we are so happy. Thanks Lovelight. Louise

Blinds were from Lovelight for my new Metricon built home in Thornhill Park, not even 2 years passed a blind stick was broken. Lovelight charged me $130, promising that they will fix it. After payment was made it took them 4weeks and few emails few calls by 3 people for Lovelight to come visit. Just today I received an email from Shamiya Ahmed from Lovelight its a temporary fix and they were requesting to quote for a new blind. The house is tenanted and the tenant is complianing that no temporary fix was provided. "Someone came in didn't do anything said theyll come back in 2 weeks, which is different to the email from Shamiya's email to me. People who want to replace blinds every 2 years and had time to go through the hassle of calling, emailing reminders and status checks Lovelight would be recommended as per my experience. NOT recommended if you plan to rent.

Wrong and Worst Installation of Blinds and after installation complaint No Follow up to send someone and check or correct the installation. Not Recommended.

We are very happy with the blinds and sheer curtains in our new home. They are very high quality and look fantastic. My only criticism is that we did not receive any updates on the installation without asking. It would have been nice to have been sent a courtesy email with updates on progress. Thanks!

Do not recommend. $7000+ in blinds and sheers purchased to have the below issues which are extremely unprofessional and have been very costly and frustrating. Very disappointed and cannot recommend.
Issues so far - since ordering and paying in August 2022. It’s now December 2022:
1. Blind and sheers installed in the incorrect position (installed in a new build before settlement so I was not there to prevent this).
2. The incorrect installation caused me to have to spend more money to order new items for the area I originally wanted but didn’t get due to the installation error.
3. Of the other 8 blinds installed, 3 blinds have had faults - manufacture faults likely from perhaps a bad batch of blockout blind fabric. Blinds were installed and not checked so I had to report holes in the blinds, reorder, wait and reinstall.
4. Fast forward to the installation of the additional blind I had to pay for and order, and the blind does not fit. So after waiting approximately 6 weeks for the items I originally ordered, and I still don’t have what I ordered due to a measurement error.
5. One blind that was replaced due to being damaged, after being installed today doesn’t fit. So despite having the measurements from the damaged blind, I’ve now got a replacement blind that doesn’t fit - it hits the skirting boards and won’t close to the floor or blockout.
6. Not to mention a blind installer arrives to install the replacement and new blinds (floor to ceiling windows) without a ladder and we need to provide a ladder….
Don’t waste your time.

I Just moved in to my brand new house yesterday to discover all my roller blinds that has been installed from Lovelight have gaps big enough on both sides for neighbours to see in. So disappointed.

Our motorised blind is out of alignment after only 12 months of lightly use. Lovelight customer service manager blindly deflects this poor installation problem to a ‘wear and tear’!

Whether Lovelight has no ‘love’ for its customers or Lovelight supplies poor quality products, our experience with the company is undoubtedly felt unprofessional and unloved!

So definitely won’t go back to Lovelight for any future services and also definitely will NOT recommend this company to any architects, builders and friends who we know or work with.

Well I can honestly say that after an initial issue with delayed installation etc, Jason and his team have restored faith in customer service and turned my whole thinking around. Seems the issue/s lay with 8Homes my builder and not Lovelight. Seems these build companies like to place the blame of faults, build mismanagement and staff ineptness unfairly on their suppliers. I seriously could not fault the after sales service and rectification of my builders inabilities from Lovelight. I love my blinds and drapes and really wish they weren’t trade only as I would definitely use them again in our new build due for completion at the end of the year. Thanks again Jason and your team

The quality of Lovelight sheers and curtains are consistently of an extremely high standard. The staff are extremely knowledgable and very happy to assist with suggestions to ensure the end product is optimal. Lovelight's product range and fabric options are extensive. The installers are excellent and make any adjustments on site as required. Lovelight is my company of choice for all my clients window furnishing requirements. Highly recommended!

Was concerned ordering curtains on line during COVID lockdown but what a positive experience it has turned out to be, samples posted to me and advise given, the result is a whole house delivered with beautiful blinds and curtains thank you

Lovelight were selected by the developer of our new apartment in Newcastle to provide blinds and curtains prior to settlement, this was their main selling point and the reason we chose them. The blinds were not installed until 3 weeks after settlement and that only happened with us continually chasing them as communication from the sales person and broader organisation was very poor. Many reviews seem positive and this did encourage us when deciding, most are in Victoria where they are based. It seems they were either out of their depth with a large development or hadn't adequately planned how they would manage in a location away from their base. Blinds seem fine so far and the installers were quite good, cleaned up etc. They may be good for a one off purchase for an individual residence, if you are part of a larger project it would be best to look elsewhere from our experience.

We had a great experience with Lovelight. We had some blinds installed when building our house and wanted to add on some Neotec (see through) blinds post-build, and Charlotte made it extremely easy to organise! The blinds look beautiful, she gave us advice on how to match them to our blockout blinds, and installation was quick and easy. So happy with our experience and also very reasonably priced!

Chains keeps breaking contacted the company, and got a call from the company the next day, and they have fixed the issue. Happy with the blinds so far, and good aftercare.

I wish I could give 0 stars or maybe negative. I settled my new home in December last year but still waiting for the blinds. These people are so unprofessional that they can't even take the measurements correctly. The amount for the shutters was paid in advance, so why would they care, right? Money they charge you is almost twice then the market. I wish I could get my money back. And the arrogance is such that they will never contact you from their end. You just keep trying your luck.
I hope this post helps anyone who still haven't decided yet.
