Highly recommended photography studio for pre wedding shoot. The staffs are very friendly and professional at their task. Both photographer and MUA are super helpful in the whole process of the shoot. Locations of the shoot are well chosen. Very scenic and low crowds.

Overall, my fiancee and myself enjoyed the shoot in Melbourne and we are very pleased with the service and end product. Thank you Love Journal.

Neo and his team were fantastic and helped us create beautiful pre-wedding and wedding photos. Neo made taking photos fun and interesting which allowed us to capture ourselves at our best. If we ever need more photos in the future, Love Journal will be the first place we look!

We couldn't do our wedding photography due to COVID lockdowns. They refused to refund our deposit or to apply the credit to other services that THEY also have such as kids photography and dress hire. Huge mistake and disappointment.

Neo and Angela took such great care of us every time, from the beginning to the end. Neo is absolutely professional! He knows how to make us feel more comfortable at having our photos taken, given we were both camera shy and a bit nervous as well. He made us laugh countless times lol. Needless to say, the photos were AMAZING! Angela did gorgeous makeup for me both time. I received so many compliments for my hair and makeup! Angela went above and beyond at our wedding. She stepped up when our coordinator wasn’t there and gave us the extra support that we needed, even when it wasn’t in her job description. Great experience with love journal for my wedding photos. After one year, my computer was attacked by hacker and all photos lost. I couldn’t express how depress I am. With the mentality of giving it a try, I contact love journal to see whether they still have a copy or not. They respond my email very quickly and find the photos and upload for me. I am so happy to see my wedding photos again.

Neo, Cliff and the Love Journal team did an amazing job with our wedding photography/videography as well as our engagement photography. The team was professional, friendly and responsive throughout the whole process.
On our wedding day, Neo and his team were very professional - they told us exactly how to pose, where to stand, captured all the right shots and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. Even though the schedule was delayed, which was out of their control, they managed to capture everything. They even stayed a bit later to take more group photos for us.
The post production process was very quick, even though our wedding was near Christmas. We loved how our photos and videos turned out and we received so many compliments from family and friends. We would definitely recommend Love Journal and would work with them in future for other shoots. Thanks so much!
