Anthony at Love Central was recommended to me by a good friend and I’m so happy he did! Anthony helped me pick a design for my fiancée’s 18K white gold engagement ring after I shared my ideas and a few pictures from other jewellery stores. We then decided on a GIA certified Diamond that met my needs and budget. I received the completed ring in less than a month, just before New Year – crazy fast for this time period. Highly NOT recommended. I rarely leave reviews, negative or positive. However, I wouldn't want anyone to go through what i am going through with this company. I may as well have put 6k down the toilet or set it on fire. Same same. Don't spend money here on anything custom made if your looking for a quality product. You will be sorry.

After 2 months of still not having my ring back and in communications with consumer affairs that advised me to take it to VCAT, this company still does not care and constantly attack me for "change of mind". This ring is an engagement ring, its the ring my husband asked me to marry him with. It is not change of mind.

Love central is hands down my all time favourite diamond jewellery store! Anthony, is such an attentive and professional seller providing only F VVS quality diamonds for unbelievably affordable wholesale prices. He really looks after his clients and customers well.
Seriously, I couldn’t believe I had been ripped off so badly at another local competing jewellery store.
After finding Love Central I will never go to any where else for jewellery. I am genuinely vouching for it and say that if you know about diamonds (like me) quality and clarity doesn’t get any higher, clearer or brighter than F VVS! No where has even come close when I have compared price and same quality. If you’re looking to buy a gift or something for yourself, before you get ripped off at another store trust me you will not regret taking my advice by going into the store because.you just have to go in and see for yourself.
The store is a little secluded and located in an alley walkway in between other stores; it really is a hidden gem.
