Gorgeous studio, a pretty challenging 50 mins with bursts of cardio! The equipment is all great quality.

LA at Richmond is an excellent studio. The instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel very welcome in the space. The classes are great as they are challenging while also being suitable for beginners as you can adjust to suit your own needs.

LA Richmond have a great variety of instructors which means that every class is different! I also love the fact that the classes don’t book out days in advance which means you can be spontaneous and decide the day before if you want to go. Facilities are bright and clean too. Love it!

Beautiful studio with instructors who make you feel welcome and supported (Ash, Hannie, Sharon to name a few!). It's an excellent place to learn reformer pilates and you can choose different levels for each exercise, so you can listen to your body and cater to how you're feeling that day. The music is great too!

As a woman in my late 50's this studio works for me. Even in the lite class there are different levels they cater for. The pace is good, the classes are interesting and different every time. The instructors are warm, engaging and helpful when they need to be. I'm getting stronger every week.
