Love Athletica - Pilates Windsor, Prahran

The atmosphere of the studio and classes in LA are brilliant. I've been practing reformer pilates for 5 years and always find a real challenge in the classes. They fly by due to the diversity of the exercises and quick pace. The instructors are friendly, positive and really helpful. You're always guaranteed a full body work out and burn!

Natalia was a wonderful instructor! I found the class very hard and struggled with my balance but I throughly enjoyed it. Natalia’a encouragement and directions were most appreciated and she wasn’t annoying. She had a calm welcoming voice and I would definitely go back to her Athletic PLUS again!

I’ve been to a lot of Reformer Pilates studios on the area after moving into the area earlier this year and this is hands down my favourite. Super friendly staff, feel very welcomed and comfortable from day 1. The girls are always super encouraging and approachable. I’m never leaving!

Absolutely love this studio, super clean and a gorgeous space to workout! The instructors are lovely and they really take the time to get to know each person and help them with their form! I have tried a few studios in the area but always come back to LA because of the vibes!

The Windsor studio is a beautiful space. Classes are always different and fast paced to give you a whole body workout. Love the yoga stretch at the end:)

My favourite Pilates studio - such a beautiful, happy space. I really appreciate cooling down with a bit of a yoga stretch after, and the music’s always great. I’ve recently moved from the Richmond to the Windsor studio and the trainers in both are lovely. Everyone teaches their class a little differently, but all equally enjoyable. Highly recommended!

After lockdown I was very excited to find these wonderful reformer Pilates classes. I’m in my 40’s and really felt unfit, but the classes offer options for all strength levels and I get the shakes every class, in a good way! Love the music, it’s clean and light and a bonus is the lockers with charging ports!

One of the best pilates studios in town, the space exudes energy and positivity. I have loved every single class there, I also appreciate how all the instructors add their own flair to the LA style. Highly recommend!

I have been to different classes by ALL of the lovely instructors at LA. They all have different styles and movements and each is as good as the next! A fresh, fun, sweaty way to start the day! I can't get enough of these classes!

Love Athletica is a great mix of Reformer, Pilates and Yoga. I love the classes and they are always designed to fit everyone’s level of fitness. I love that you can go at your own pace and choose springs that suit you. I also find the trainers so helpful and friendly! Makes a huge difference to the whole experience! Highly recommend you try it out with their introductory class pack!

I love LA pilates! The classes are challenging but also very fun, time flies. Studios are super pretty and clean. The teachers are always friendly, energetic and help you to do the exercises better.
