In what has been a frustrating 12 months with Covid restrictions which resulted delays in permits, council sign offs and work backlogs these guys went above and beyond to get our Louvre Roof up before Christmas! Our job was a challenging one with angles and Marty did a fantastic job. Marty took time and care into this job to make sure it was done to perfection. It is honestly THE BEST outdoor decision you can make to your home. It gives you a whole new outdoor entertainment area that feels like it is an extension to your indoors! Best Outdoor Investment. Lee organised our install on our Bittern reno. 5mx5m beautiful solid cypress beams on a high alfresco deck by a 12m lap pool.
I researched 3 different suppliers and Louvre Roofs Australia came out in front in every way. Australian made extruded louvres. Simple robust system. Best looking shape profile. Best working design. Much lower cost than the expensive imported competition. Comprehensive customer service including engineering requirements.

We ordered our Pergola from Peter with opening roof in December 2019, Peter was a direct no fuss salesman who made it easy for us to decide what we wanted. The whole process from then on has been smooth, Rick has been excellent with delivery, Cameron has also been great to deal with and the communication/home attendance is what I was most impressed about. They genuinely care for their customers. Darren fitted the structure and the attention to detail he undertook you would think it was his own home. We would highly recommend these guys you wont go wrong well done.

Their communication was excellent providing updates along the way and even chasing us for tasks that we needed to complete to get the job done.
