11 We met Kawita last Saturday, October 14th. She was so very helpful. Not pushing the most expensive item, but preferring to make sure the shopping experience for Nadia was great. It was exactly that and we will be back! Thank you Kawita. You are a wonderful employee and I hope they reward you appropriately.

Bought two perfumes as a milestone birthday gift, just under $1000 which is a lot for perfume.
Store closes at 9 on
Went in at 730 and decided on my purchase by 8ish
They asked if I wanted to engrave our name/initial and that it would be quick (15mins)
In the end we were still at the store at 9pm, they made a mess with the engraving, even asked if I was okay with the stained casing for the perfume. I now realised there’s stain everywhere on the box. It looks cheap and not at all like a luxury perfume that’s almost $500a they even lost my tax invoice but it was 9.15pm by then.
Whilst they were apologetic, I still think it was a very poor overall customer experience.
First time coming to this boutique. Lovely SA named Kawita was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and showed me more bags.
If you’re coming to LV in David Jones-CBD. Look for Kawita. She’s the best.
Extremely rude salesman - argued with me when I put my phone and wallet into the bag to see if it they fit, apparently not allowed? He started yelling and the security guard stood there not doing anything about it. When I said he can't be treating his *customers* like that, he decided to *educate* me and said 'we say *clients* not customers'
Who does he think he is to be arguing with his *clients* (mind you, after all I am a *customer* as I am purchasing something) ?
How can LV/DJ allow this?
Shocking.
Staff are trained to uphold policy before the guest experience.
They are shocking do not buy from LV as their ethos is their interests come before the customer experience, the customer loyalty and dignity.
They treat the transaction with mechanical scripting and for what is pitching as a luxury brand behave the same as an inexperienced behind the times business. The arrogance of it and the ignorance of it all will eventually see the demise in the next few years
Consumers will leave in droves. Disgraceful conduct Louis Vuitton, I would be embarrassed to work there representing their ethos
The sales associate Cherie was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me in finding a product, unfortunately the selection is a bit limited to female customers predominantly. Nonetheless Cherie’s customer service and the sale seems to be a lot better than what you would get at Collins St.
I've visited the David Jones store twice in the last couple of weeks and the customer service I received from David was exceptional.
I've recently become so disappointed with the customer service received in the collins street store to the point of walking out, David could not do enough to help. He was polite, quick, anticipated what I might want/need, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. So much so that I'm writing this - my first ever LV review!
I will definitely be visiting the store again soon, thanks to David, I'll be needing to purchase a couple of items before i travel to Europe.

Just want to commend Kiran for her great product knowledge and fantastic customer service. Received the full LV experience.
Spoke to David and was an absolute joy to work with. Knew a lot about the brand and made us really connect with the heritage of LV. Would highly recommend you to get him to help you.
I have ordered a wallet since 15 days ago here and alway asking an update for my order. Today I just walked by and ask them in-store on my advantage and they said that my order is canceled with 3000 reasons. And there is no email, phone call or even a text to me that tell me about my order’s situations.
It was supposed to be a gift for my love on her birthday but … we missed it.
It is the worst experience with LV at this store and it makes me feel like LV now can buy at any supermarket.
Disappointed experience. I went into visit this new LV STORE in DJ and intended to gather some xmas gifting idea. Very terrible experience.it was a quiet and peaceful weekday afternoon, the store was really quiet, no much people shopping.but none of the sales would like to approach n assist me.all were busy with phone? ! It is how a luxury brand customer service standard? ! Completely ignored by all the sales.what an "AMAZING" experience.if there is a 0 star option I would give 0
