Lotus Watergardens

We travelled from Geelong to Lotus Watergardens Bryce was very helpful and happy to ask any questions very informative and didn’t pressure us into something we didn’t want

Very friendly customer service.well stocked with what I was after, ie fish and water Lillies gave great informative advice.

Went in there today to get supplies for our water feature 2 staff members busy chatting behind desk no help what so ever walked out went to another supplier done the road and spent my money there will not recommend lotus water garden customer service doesn’t not exist

We had another fantastic trip at Garden World & Collectors Corner in Braeside today?

However I wouldn’t recommend Lotus Water Gardens to anyone again! I have been a customer to this group of shops for over 15 years & felt the customer service was appalling in Lotus Water Gardens today!
I walked past a staff member who was making eye contact, I politely said Hi & there was no response! We all did a loop of the shop, spending about 30 mins at Lotus Water Gardens & not one staff member asked if I needed any assistance. The store wasn’t busy & they had 3 or 4 staff working!
I have worked in retail for 8 years and it’s not a hard thing to do greeting customers & offering assistance!

I was hoping to buy a few items, including goldfish for my new fish tank. However they have REALLY downscaled their fish varieties & have a tiny range of smaller fish for tanks! Instead more larger pond fish.
I also felt very uncomfortable looking at your tiny range of fish because a staff member kept watching me near the tanks ‍️

The shops next door will see me again but
I certainly won’t be driving 45 minutes to shop at Lotus Water Gardens.

Disappointed in my experience here today - they are short staffed as is everywhere atm - BUT to not even acknowledge waiting customers with a “won’t be too long” or “ I will be with you soon” is a big failure in customer service. Left after 20 mins of following around the one sales assistant while she assisted another couple of customers- felt like we were stalking her in case someone else got in before us! She only acknowledged us when felt we had no choice but to interrupt her. The other customers left without buying anything and she lost our sale. Customer service 101 - acknowledge customers - it’s not hard.

Went there this week very very helpful and the guy, sorry didn’t ask him his name gave me some great advice in my pond? Very professional and will go back next week? Don’t buy your pond equipment at Bunnings there quality of there pumps are expensive but cheap quality? Go to Lotus at garden world? Wish I’d found them earlier? And added 5more beautiful fish to my pond cheers happy ponding

I received excellent service from David who was informative, helpful and inspiring. I returned the next day to make some more purchases too! If you are looking for help with your ponds or aquariums, I highly recommend you speak with David.

The staff here are terrific. Very helpful and informative. Always go that bit further to help you make the most suitable choices. I highly recommend this place
