Lotus Nail Spa & Beauty Salon

Nice friendly ladies and clean shop.however they are very pushy. I told them multiple times I just want soak off. I was asked if I wanted to do sns again 3 times, then asked if I wanted a manicure. They don't listen. Another client arrived and they were pushing her to do her nails and pedicure. Disappointing!

Went in to get my nails touched up, and had one nail that broke off and has been hurting me. Was greeted with such a warm welcome by Kim. Wendy did my nails meticulously and I am so happy with the end results. Ended up getting my lashes done too, medium hybrid extensions (if I remember the name correctly) and my god they’re stunning. I feel like a new person.

Highly recommend this place. It’s a whole vibe. Cute decorations and nice music in the background too. 10/10

I’m visiting the nail salon for the past three months and I’m very pleased with the quality and the service. Kim and the girls are really friendly and helpful.

I’m not the one to write reviews but I walked in just simply asking for the nails I like on myself and they laughed straight away thinking I wouldn’t understand what was just said, a customer requesting what they would like shouldn’t be put down and laughed upon. Provided them a photo of what I was wanting and they made my nails so thick and looking no where similar to the photo. Definitely won’t be visiting again.

Dont bother making an appointment as they dont adhere to it. They don’t even acknowledge they’re running behind. I walked out and won’t be coming back.

I had a terrible experience at this store they were being very disrespectful to me they were unwelcoming at all they were saying hurtful words towards my friend i felt very claustrophobic in that environment, the prices were too high for their nails mind you they made me and my friends fingers bleed and the nails horrible and look outgrown and look nothing like the nails we showed. Thank you for reading my review save yourself from this disappointing experience.

Very good nails could have cleaned my hand and not rushed as much but they were shutting a fitted me in. They did a very good job
