Lotus Medical Centre Brunswick

I am on a disabity pension. I had an appointment at Lotus Medical Centre before Christmas. After my appointment on my way out I told the receptionist that I have a health care card & to bulk bill me. She said it didn't work. How could that be as I've used it to purchase my medications without a problem. I was asked to wait to see the practice manager he said that the problem was with centerlink & not them & they couldn't help me. I've been to centerlink & they've said there is no problem with my health care card & they should have accepted it.
Is this how you treat a patient. Where is your duty of care.
As you can imagine I won't be back.
This has never happened to me before.

Dr Mohsen is a great doctor. He takes the time to listen, is very thorough, explains potential side effects and interactions, pros and cons, and doesn't rush. He follows up and follows through and I am thankful to have his as part of my medical team. Thank you for your patient care!

My mother and I have been visiting Dr Ramzy for as long as I can remember and have never been disappointed. He is always so thorough and helps you understand everything.
The wonderful ladies at reception Olga and Sue have also always been great.

Highly recommend Lotus to anyone seeking holistic and reliable medical care - the best experience I've had in a while! The doctors and staff are attentive, caring and proactive which has allowed me to address long overdue treatment for a range of issues. I feel at ease and well looked after every visit. The staffs are very welcoming, and the doctors give exceptional care and attention. The best medical center in Melbourne that I've been to. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a perfect GP.

The clinic is OK, but Tymur Hussein isn't. My son had some sessions with him and he discovered that he is using misogynistic language. He felt very distressed about such an experience. A very negative psychologist. Big NO GO.

So glad I came across this medical centre. The doctors are excellent. Good communication, take time to listen and you can tell they work together as a team.

Have recently become a new patient seeing both Dr Masood and Dr Maryam. They are caring, knowledgeable and have lots of availability. Very happy I’ve made the decision to have them as my GP’s. Highly recommend.

Waited and still waiting for an hour. Booked an appointment for 4 and was waiting until 5, I got up just to make sure that things were proceeding as my appointment was for 4, but the receptionist hadn't even done anything with my paperwork, even though I filled it and returned it to her within 5 minutes. She acknowledged me when I gave it to her but didn't do anything with it and then someone else came asked me questions about it, then put it on the back counter, where it sat until 5 o'clock when i checked. Overall really annoyed with the unprofessional service, if I hadn't booked an appointment previously it would be on me. The two receptionist had time to talk about personal things between themselves, maybe they need to concentrate on completing their tasks before having a chat, or chat but make sure their work is done. I was in the clinic on Wednesday 16th, arrived before 4 and left after 5. Poor service and won't return, won't recommend to anyone.
EDIT: As a response to the manager as I can't see a reply button, I can go through the footage with you and point me out, I'm the girl to the left of the counter with the short hair and black mask, black tshirt and blue jeans, the one who sat in one place FOR AN HOUR! I WILL CONTACT YOU FIRST THING TOMORROW. I think it's a pretty cheap shot to say you went through the camera footage and couldn't find me? I can tell you there was a girl with a ponytail who sat by me, a man with tradie boots and a lady wearing a hijab at different intervals. The receptionist was in the middle, blonde hair with a fringe, middle aged woman. Your response actually made me more angry because it seems you are insinuating that I never wasted an hour of my afternoon in your waiting room. I look forward to talking to you tomorrow.

Lotus medical centre is the best drs practise I’ve ever come across. The reception staff are so lovely and welcoming, and always make you feel right at home. Dr Masood is hands down the best dr I’ve ever seen, he’s kind and so personable. I would recommend lotus to anyone who’s looking for a new health clinic.

My family and I have attending this medical centre over last 4 years. We always get the best care by the doctors, nurses and staff. Highly suggested. Thank you Lotus Team.

Staffs at Lotus Medical centre are friendly and welcoming. Dr Maryam is one of the best GP’s that I know. Her dedication and care was amazing. She is fabulous and I appreciate her kindness and understanding. Highly recommended this health clinic.

Came there on time upon the vaccination appointment for my family. The staff told us to wait there until hearing the call from the nurse. They let us wait for ONE AND A HALF HOUR just to let us know that they do not offer the booster shot on the day, which they could have let us known earlier, not after ONE AND A HALF HOUR.
