This has got to be the best aquarium place in Melbourne. Absolutely everything in stock, and reasonable prices. Grab a yummy Nutella milk shake from the coffee shop (kids loved it!) while you browse. Nice owners and really quality stuff, especially if you are a serious collector or just newbie like us.

Pump and filter stopped working, went in expecting to spend a fortune. Girls that work there suggested I might have just made a mistake. They were right. Saved me money. And the bonus was the fish I picked up last time came pregnant so I got 6 for the price of one. Very very honest helpful people! Was so impressed I wrote one of these for once.

Always a pleasure to deal with the staff especially Caleb and Bel, had an issue with a product that failed and went out of there way to make sure i had a replacement waiting afterwork, excellent customer service as always

Really disappointing.
Have been coming here for quiet some time and over the months more and more fish are dead in the tanks and aren’t removed for a while as I see the same dead when I come the next time.
Staff are always on the defence and quick to blame each other.
So many fish have damaged fins …
If your comany staff have fighting fish with other fish in the same tank and YOU KNOW they are nipping the fish and damaging them… take them out and don’t sell damaged fish to your community. Take pride. It’s becoming the same issue all the time. I think this was our last attempt coming here.

The staff are friendly and the care that goes into the set ups and fish is just awe inspiring!

The most striking feature for me was seeing how they keep their fighter fish, the fish have so much room in their tanks that you wouldnt normally see in other Aquariums!
Being filled with lots of plants aswell! In general they just look happy and healthy!

The prices are a bit high but for the care and love that the staff put into the tanks its 100% worth it!

Courteous, friendly staff in this exceptional aquarium. Very helpful and experts in all things fish. One of the staff had a mishap with a large fish while I was there the other day. One had jumped ship while she was servicing the tank. I was most impressed by the others who rallied around her as she was a little stressed.they continually asked her if she was Okay, quite comforting to their team members, quite impressive actually: Congratulations to Lots of Fins for running a fine business. Definitely a five star organisation.

I saw your story on Avi Yemini Rebel News show. Even though this is difficult I appreciate that this business owner is taking a stand. Hopes and prayers we see a free Australia soon

The work that this company is doing to serve the public and funnel profits to the needy is far above and beyond what most businesses (big and small) would do. The fact that the Australian authorities have targeted and shut down this business is deplorable. Australia has become a police state where doing the right thing is punishable by law - shameful!

We are regulars here at lots of fins and couldn’t recommend a more family friendly, honest and trustworthy aquarium to buy your fish or get advice from.
We’ve had severe ammonia spikes, black beard and asked a million questions as newbies and these guys have answered them all and supplied us with advice that’s worked.
The staff are all absolutely amazing and so welcoming and will give you all their time uninterrupted even when they’re busy.
They even have a loyalty program that we have benefited from so many times which helps when starting out with all your gear.
You just end up feeling really valued by staff that know what they’re talking about.
