Simple but presented beautifully and tasty.poached eggs on sourdough toast. Toast wasn't too hard to cut through and seeded, so great earthy combination. I loved the touch of olive oil on the plate instead of butter. I would have loved to see some salt and pepper on the eggs or on the table, and a little more olive oil. The fried onion as a garnish was a great addition.just a little sweetness and crunch. Nice seating giving privacy to get a little work done before my meeting. Couldn't see an power points to connect the laptop. Great music and good coffee. I would come back if I was in the area. Better than sitting in Maccas.
Pricing was reasonable. Toilets on site.

HANDS DOWN THE GREATEST schnitzel SANDWICH OF ALL TIME. This is the lebron James of sandwiches. Eaten within seconds. None left. Shout out the chefs.

This morning at Lot 88 on the park I had the Spicy Baked Eggs with flat bread. Absolutely yummy and new on the menu. Must come and try them out, won't be disappointed.

I'm so impressed with that place. It's almost disappointing that they're in this area, they'd explode in the CBD.

Great coffee place with very helpful staff and tasty coffee and food.i have had a few team meetings here and the staff has been very accommodating, plus the food is good and plenty of variety.

Lot88 has really good coffees. Also like their Chai Latte with honey. Good vibes, and amazing staff.

Friendly and helpful staff and a decent feed. Good for an informal business lunch.

I had my sons bday party there and from the first consultation where we sat down with Adam, we felt very comfortable and accommodated for by the team.
Initially we booked the venue a year ago and paid deposit but unfortunately we got covid so we had to cancel it and Adam was kind enough to understand and refund our money.
The food was amazing! All our guests raved on about the food taste/presentation and the whole staff.

We would like to thank the team for making our function a success.

Lot 88 is one of the best restaurants I've eaten at. Everytime we go to eat there we have never left disappointed. From the entrees, mains to the pizza's. It is all super delicious. Lot 88 have a fantastic wine menu and the coffee is arguably the best in Melbourne. I airways look forward to going there and look forward to going again. The service is wonderful and is an all round fabulous experience. Thanks Lot 88.

They have very good coffee and their location is very nice, their coffee is strong and is to my liking. Also the staff service was excellent

Good here used to be super average but maybe they have a new chef. Food was way better this time around. Bbq chicken and brisket salad was really nice.

The best cafe / Restaurant in the South East. Run by experienced professionals who value quality and service! Always walk in with a smile and leave with a bigger smile. 10/10

Staff forgot about my chicken burger in the press oven and burnt it. Didn't notify me of a further wait time for another to be reheated. Burger was average, was warm/cold from them rushing another one after realising the burnt one wasn't salvageable.
Coffee was nice but price for the overall order was high.

We ordered a beetroot salad and a beef salad. Ingredients were very fresh and both salads are very tasty.
