Ordered the potato tacos, fantastic.both the fries and the tortilla chips were delicious and the guac was on point

Unfortunately there was only one staff member there so they couldn’t do dine in but the burrito & nachos were delicious. It was a hot day with my client super excited about Mexican food so it would’ve been great to eat indoors where it was shaded & cool, but it wasn’t a bad experience.

Was in need of some comfort food due to the Covid blues. Now I’m usually pretty skeptical about getting nachos on Uber eats but thought I’d try the super supreme nachos with grilled chicken and street style corn from los pollos.

I’ll start with the corn: while it may sound simple, do not be deceived! Sweet, crunchy, but the topping has the perfect amount of zest, a subtle smokiness and a tinge of salt that just WORKS!

Now the nachos … the first words that come to mind are probably not appropriate to use in a review …
However what I CAN say is they were MINDBLOWINGLY good! The corn chips were fresh n crispy, the chicken tender and spicy, the fresh salsa, the tender umami black bean and the creamy guacamole and white yoghurty sauce - these nachos are what every nacho plate aspire to be.

Went there at the recommendation of a friend, not really expecting a lot because, well, Australia doesn't really know a lot about Mexican food. I was in for a very pleasant surprise. It was DELICIOUS and very legit! Looking forward to another evening in the back open space once this lockdown is over and life is a bit more zesty again.

I had an enjoyable quarter chicken meal from the Dine-in Menu plus a chicken Taco which was also just right, love coming to my favourite Mexican restaurant with friendly staff, great food & funky surrounds,

Incredibly overpriced for subpar Mexican “food”. Food came out cold, chicken was dry, nachos were soggy. Portion sizes were much too small for price paid. Will not return.

Great Flautas and Mexican rice. Authentic flavour and a good selection of Mexican beers. Lovely outdoor seating area and friendly staff.

Have been coming to Los Pollos for the past 3 years. However tonight was disappointed when found multiple bones in the tacos, quesadilla and burrito. Couldn’t finish the meal due to all the bones. Still love the restaurant just extremely disappointed this time

Great food with a lovely beer garden out the back. Almost all of the menu is gluten free with vegetarian options as well.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Can recommend the burrito or the quarter chicken with a side of the street corn. Outdoor beer garden is perfect for a few relaxing drinks too

Outstanding flavour. Everything on the menu is great. Sometimes the chicken could do with a little longer on the grill for more char flavour but that's probably just my taste.

The food was quite good but the vibe was a bit terrible. We went on Valentine's day and when we walked in the guy was on the phone, saw us, blanked us, and ignored us. We tried to ignore it but then the waitress turned up and then a couple other people came - maybe kitchen staff - and they all looked miserable. Not sure why. I imagine that the staff is not being looked after in some way or there's a Napoleon somewhere in their ranks. Such a pity.

The best Mexican in the west! Nothing beats their quesadillas with a bit of freshly made salsa ;)

Very friendly customer service, very delicious food. Inside can be quite limited in space if your wanting to eat in.

The (and I mean THE) best place for Mexican in the West, even get to practice my Spanish with the staff. Terrific all round.

As said before great food at reasonable price. Had the tacos and burrito. Quasadilla next time. Can't wait.

Had tacos and chicken wings here last Saturday and they were both really good. Especially the chicken wings had so much flavour and were charred to perfection. Had a glass of sangria too, which was yummy. Friendly service and cool lil outdoor area. Will definitely come back here for my next Mexican food fix!

A low key gem in Footscray. Amazing Mexican style food by lovely chefs in a no fuss, relaxed setting. Non pretentious and just great food - lots of flavour and lots of heart. You can tell the chefs and owners take pride in their food - through the fresh produce and thought that goes into each dish served. Very impressed and will be back. Its a a crime if you are in Footscray and don't visit this place.

Best burritos in town! Love the fillings of all fresh ingredients and tender roast chicken. Definitely worth trying!
