I had a fantastic experience at Lorraine's Laundrette! The place was spotless, and the owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had a variety of machines, and the prices were reasonable. I'll definitely be back for all my laundry needs. Highly recommended! ️️️️️

I accidentally went to this laundry mat and the vending machine took my money as there was no powder left in the machine so I called the owner. When the owner came he told me "MAKE SURE THIS IS THE LAST TIME THIS HAPPENS. ' I stood there in shock and told him it was an accident as I didn't see there machine was out of powder I was in shock and so were the other customers. I told him you're not suppose to talk to customers like that and the other customers berated him. It's a DIRTY PLACE AND THE MACHINES ARE FILTHY DON'T TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE TO WASH ITS DISGUSTING. IM NEVER COME BACK HERE. THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS IS DISGRACEFUL. I CONTACTED THE MALVERN POLICE AND MADE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AS HE TOTALLY STEPPED Out OF LINE And WAS SO RUDE TO ME, THE OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE MORTIFIED IM NEVER GOING Back TO THIS DIRTY PLACE

I just move in search the laundry near me and came here today, not good at all very old washing mashin not clean enough the dryers are rusted, will never ever back there again.

Very convenient and well priced. New owners have a done a fantastic job and have updated the machines to now accept card.

The new owner recently installed a card payment system which makes it so much more convenient for my weekly laundry run, no more digging around for coins. Thanks for making my life easier!

Don’t bother. No card facility and coin machine doesn’t work.
Spent 20mins going shop to shop to find change. Terrible

Wasn't open at 7: 10am this morning.

Been here previously, $6 per wash, old machines, unimpressed, annoyed.

Lovely local laundromat. One dryer eats coins but otherwise good machines that get the job done. New change machine and hand sanitizer.

Cheap and no fuss. Gets the job done, lady who works there gave me some free laundry powder which was nice

Nice place, good prices, clean. No PowerPoints or Wi-Fi or change machine, but the lady there was happy to change money to coins for me. There’s also a dry cleaning and repairs service.

The old Chinese lady is really annoying, even touch our stuff after one minute late, the owner should talk to her

The lady who worked here was standing inside the doorway when I first walked up. She could see I was struggling carrying a big load of laundry and didn't even open the door for me. Then after I had loaded all my laundry and put the coins in the machines, they didn't start. The last step/instruction written on the machine was to press a button but I couldn't see a button anywhere. I went up to the lady and asked her for help. She came over and said that the instructions were clear. One of the machines had eaten my money and wouldn't start. The other one still started. She said I was "lucky" that one started. I told her not to talk to me like I'm dumb and to stop being rude. She said she wasn't and insinuated I was racist for English was her second language. WILL NEVER BE BACK!
