Lorne Surf Life Saving Club reviews
7 Honestly, that burger is shameful.
Fake cheese, fake mayo, fake patty, fake bread.
Used to be you could rely on an honest feed at a surf club.
Fantastic facility, Run by a large team of Superheroes that keep the beach safe and secure. The club itself is three story including the shark watch tower. There is a large function room on the second level with a long deep balcony and large bunk rooms at the rear. Ground floor has a gym, equipment store, toilets and a lunch room. This is a well equipped and well run club. Keep up the great work. Thanks.
I completed the Lorne Pier to Pub 2020 the 40th anniversary swim, it was a great day, but as a first time competitor at the age of 70, I was very disappointed that I didn’t receive at least a certificate of participation or completion. Anyone that participates is a winner in my book as it is no easy thing to do.
The whole event was extremely well run and congratulations to the Surf club and all the volunteers on the day, but it would have been nice to receive some sort of recognition for competing.

Was very disappointed with the food I think all of the empty tables during peak time told the story. Go to the pub.
Views across the beach awesome deck area as well.prefect on sunny day but just as good watching the storm clouds roll in
Great place to have a meal. One of the best views on the Surfcoast.
A beer or wine on the balcony is a must.
Friendly staff.
Like all surf clubs - amazing views. But this is Lorne - so even more amazing. Have a beer, coffee or something to eat on the top deck - lovely place, and well worth it.
Obviously gets busy - avoid early in the mornings during Nipper season. Other than that - far better than the Lorne hotel or the Baths.
People should go there more - its great.
