Would not recommend buying anything from any of the stores or online. It has taken me over 3 months to try get a exchange of size. Even though I have been to this store and tried to resolve the exchange, they have denied the occasion. Also the store manager is extremely rude, as she did not even acknowledge my existence. Really disappointed, would not recommend, especially if you girls want a positive experience shopping for sportswear.

I left the highpoint store really disappointed today.

I entered the store and the retail assistant was helping someone els.she spent quite some time with her so I went around the store to browse on my own. I spent about 20 minutes picking and then trying on items, I had gone in and out of the change room twice and during this time there was no acknowledgement of my existence in the store.

The first time I went out of the change room I noticed she was busy with another customer so I continued to browse the store until she was ready. This took quite some time so I decided to try on a few more items while I waited.

The second time I left the change room i had made a decision and I was ready to pay, the woman that was in front of me said to your sales assistant that she was happy for her to put me through first. Your sales assistant looked up over her monitor, saw me and said no that's fine I can put you through first.
At that point I still hadn't received even verbal acknowledgement from her at all, not even an apology or a " it won't be a moment " just a glance over the monitor.

This was once again a very long transaction, the woman being served I could see felt quite guilty as she watched me wait.this took 15 minutes so I went around the store for another browse.

When I had realised her transaction had ended and I wondered back thinking Yes! I can finally pay! Your sales assistant went ahead and started assisting someone els.
I put back my item after spending 40 minutes in your store. I don't even know why i waited that long. It can't be anything racial because the lady that was served before me in line was asian.

I've only heard good things about Lorna Jane and I was quite excited to buy my first item. Every person she served seemed like they received great customer service so I can't make sense of why I was neglected. What was meant to be some shopping to unload somestress during a busy week became a whole other debacle.

WOW! Very lovely store, open, airy, friendly & helpful staff and the clothes, mainly activewear, was gorgeous.soft, breathable fabrics and in trending print and design.a tad bit expensive but I guess for great quality, we need to pay a bit extra.great competition running at the moment too and there's usually a SALE on.

I have been a big fan of Lorna Jane for years now.
Unfortunately, there was a bit of human error last Saturday during a 25% Sale day when only one employee was working the floor. There was some technical difficulties with the receipt printer and the employee was a bit stressed with the amount of people in the shop. I waited and explained to her the exact workout I needed pants for and when she showed me a pair that she thought would be good for the purpose, I asked for the same pair in black as well.
I went home, took the tags off and wore the black pants to my workout. I realised they were not quick dry or sweat resistant at all. I went home, checked the tags and saw that she had given me two different kind of pants and I trusted they were the same pants since that's what I asked for.
Lorna Jane is refusing to let me exchange the pants.
I 100% understand since they have been worn, it is company policy that they can't be exchanged BUT there was some human error involved in this transaction. I trusted the clerk knew what she was selling me since she works with this product so I did not double check her work (which I have learned in the future I will). These pants are not cheap and it takes me a while before I can justify spending on them and now I have a pair I literally have no use for.
