Dear Lorna Jane not long ago I went into the Geelong store to have a look around and wanted to buy a pair of flash dance pants. I was then accompanied by one of your staff members named Lisa, I felt very judged and disappointed with her customer service, I picked up a pair of flash dance pants and tried them on in the changing room Lisa was standing out the front off my changing room the whole time I was trying on clothing making me feel as if I had a time limit in there, I was a happily paying customer but your staff Lisa made me feel very uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave the shop, I left the the clothes in the changing rooms and told her I was going to have a look on line (because I was feeling Judged and uncomfortable) she then I asked me why would I buy the clothes online and not right now, absolutely outrageous I could not believe what she had said to me I quickly left the store without responding to her with how stocked I was. I will never be going to this shop ever again and will be giving a terrible review to every one I know.

Had an amazing shopping experience at the geelong Lorna Jane store. The two sales ladies made sure I got what I was looking for by carefully explaining the types of fabric/fit/feel. Good work ladies!

Came here yesterday for a new sports bra. The older lady who works there made me feel very uncomfortable by dragging me around for 10 mins to show me every single sports bra in the store.

I found a bra and went to the counter but this woman refused my 20% discount code because she said the bra I was holding was already on sale. However, the item was clearly listed as full price. She then insisted I buy the matching pair of shorts as it would work out cheaper. Ridiculous. She was trying so hard to upsell, so I left the store with nothing and was very frustrated.

Today I went to the HighPoint store and the lady at the counter sold me the same bra and was more than happy to accept my discount code with no issues.

It is honestly such a pain in the neck going into the Geelong store because that woman is super annoying.

A massive shout out to Lisa who is BRILLIANT at her job! Every time I go into Lorna Jane in Geelong I always hope she is working, she really listens to what you're after and knows the brand SO WELL. You need to clone her and put her in every shop please Lorna, I cant go to any other store knowing she's not there to help me. Thank you Lisa, you're so amazing at what you do) I'm loving my new grey long sleeve, you rock)

I’ve shopped at the LJ Westfield store in Geelong a few times and have been lucky to be helped by Lisa. She provides great customer service and goes above to make sure you are happy with the fit and items. She’s always lovely and looks amazing in her LJ gear!

Went in store to return some products I purchased on line that weren't quite what I was after. The staff member who served me was very patient and helpful. Thanks for the great service and LJ quality is always amazing compared to any competitor product.

I recently purchased clothing on line and felt one of the pairs of legging was too tight. I call the Geelong store to see if I could change them.
Lisa the store manager was fantastic. I went into the store she was more than helpful. Amazing customer support.
I left with the original leggings changed over for the next size and I also purchased two more pairs.
Thanks Lisa for a fantastic experience. I will definitely be back.

I have been a loyal customer of Lorna Jane for years now. Generally, I have found their products great - all except for the Amy Tight.
Of the 5 pairs I have bought over the years, 4 of them have split at the seam in the crouch. 2 pairs split within only a few wears, the other two I got a lot more wear out of. Unless the manufacturing of this particular line is improved, i would avoid it.

I did not feel like driving into Geelong, but I was told on the phone that they stocked the leggings that were on sale, and I did not want to pay postage. The retail assistant was on the phone the whole 20 minutes I was in there and when i asked for the item, she said they did not stock it. I understand she was on the phone to a customer, but she hardly wanted to serve me anyways and didn't even give me the heads up that she would serve me or say she wont be long. I can see someone else in the reviews had complained about the same woman. I ended up going home and spending the $180 online and ordered exactly what I wanted. I will never go into that store again.

I just wanted to share my experience at the Lorna Jane store in Geelong. I was pleasantly surprised with your courteous, lovely presence, helpfulness and patience of the store assistant named Yvette. You were an absolute star making many suggestions about outfits, options and more importantly being honest! You are such a great asset to the Lorna Jane brand and they are very lucky to have you promote as part of their great brand. Kudos to Yvette @LornaJaneGeelong YOU are an absolute star!

I went into the Geelong store recently and can say I wont be returning if the same lady who served me is working. A blonde lady in her 40-50s needs a lesson in customer service. I was not only looking for items for myself but also a friend who doesn’t live locally. Because of this I asked the lady working if it would be okay to take some photos to send to my friend, to which she said yes. However, after this she proceeded to follow me around this tiny store making me feel so uncomfortable. After getting a few items for myself I proceed to the register to purchase them. This was when she took things to another level. She WOULDN’T let me purchase my items because I had nothing for my friend. I told her that I had things to do and stated that if my friend replied and wanted anything I would come back and purchase it while I was in town and she still wouldn’t let me get my items. I told her my friend was at work so probably wasn’t able to reply quickly but because I was doing other things in the centre I would come back. And guess what, SHE STILL WOULDN’T LET ME GET THE ITEMS I WANTED. At this point I was so infuriated with her because I didn’t have all day to stand in the store waiting. While I was trying to tell her this she was telling me that it would be beneficial for me to have more items on the transactions but wouldn’t tell me why. After waiting around for ages I finally just told her that my friend didn’t want anything just to get out of the store. When she put through my transaction, because she made such a big deal that having more items would be more beneficial, I thought maybe there was a membership or something to sign up to, but nope, no details were taken meaning whether I spent 50 dollars to 500 dollars it wouldn’t have made a difference. I wish I got the name of the lady who served me because I would 100% put it here, but whoever she is, she needs to check herself.

Quite possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. When trying to return an online order the manager (Lisa) made me feel so uncomfortable. She was telling me I couldn't get a gift card and had to try and find something else. According to their returns policy I can get a gift card so and I had to ask her another 3 times before she would finally issue me with one. She made me feel like the worst person in the world and like I was putting her out by doing this because it was going to take her so long to do. I honestly don't think I will ever step foot in that shop again while she is working there. Such a shame as I love the products so will do all my purchasing online going forward.
And I have to add that is the second time she has made me feel I need to buy on the spot when in store. Definitely does not leave me with a feeling of wanting to return.

The staff at this store are amazing! I returned an item and Lisa was so helpful and understanding, she honestly made my day. I have never had a bad experience with anyone at the store. All the ladies are so welcoming and always remember me and my interest whenever I go in.i always experienced such personalised and high standard of customer service.

Today I received amazing service from Sarah at the Westfield Geelong store. I felt a little embarrassed that I was only just getting into regular exercise and yoga, but I needed some new activewear for this venture. Sarah made me feel so comfortable and had so much knowledge about everything.

She made what could have been an overwhelming experience that could have had me leaving the store into an amazing experience with products that were right for me. She suggested different styles I never would have picked out myself, and I ended up loving a sports bra I never would have tried if I was just browsing without her help. She is an asset to your team!

Not really into lorna jane prefer other sports brands to work out in like Nike, Reebok, Running Bare, Puma and Under Armour.lorna jane is quite expensive not the greatest customer service in geelong
