If you want to pay $50 to get a dress taken up 2cm come here. Stupidly expensive. Got quoted more than half the price somewhere else.

First time customer, won’t be back. I got my pants hemmed only to wear them twice and for the hem to come completely undone. Paid $35. Went back to get them fixed, arrived next day for pickup - lady couldn’t find them. Thankfully were found the NEXT day and wasn’t charged for the repair. Hemming has since damaged the fabric of the pants. Don’t recommend.

It’s very good, professional. The tailor very polite. Prices cheap and reasonable. Super fast turnaround! 10/10!

My suit has been held hostage here for weeks due to lockdown. The lockdown is NOT the fault of the business, but not even a sign, not answering calls, not offering any way to get my suit back for work.

All I did was get it dry cleaned, not sign up to have it locked away for a month.

You don't have to open your shop, you just have to return people's property to them.

Tam and Jack did an amazing job on tailoring my suit, skirt, and pants. They were both very professional, friendly, and even went to extreme lengths to get my suit ready within the same day just before lockdown.

I needed a new suit altered & with the covid restrictions about to hit I was desperate. The young man who served me was outstanding! He made all the alterations within 3 hours! The trousers were shortened & the inseam & leg width were improved. The suit jacket was shortened & the sleeves shortened as well. Fantastic! I could tell he was professional & experienced because it literally took me longer to dress/undress than it took him to make all the adjustments & pin the alterations! I said he was a life saver & he literally saved my skin! I also said I wouldn't forget his great service & professionalism & I'm paying that forward by posting this review. Thanks again, from a very satisfied customer.

They are friendly but my goodness are they overpriced!
If only there was another alteration place at The Pines as this would generate competition and force them to reduce their pricing to maintain customer levels.

The lady who measured me today charged me $26 for making the length of my dress shorter. However, when I came back 30 minutes later, the only thing she had done was use some scissors to trim the end off. This is something that I could do and definitely not worth $26 even with fast alteration service. I was in a hurry to go so I couldn’t take a good look at it and later I realised that I got scammed.

Very polite. Extremely professional. Efficient with repairs and sewing. Would recommend anytime that needs clothing altered or repaired.
