Took my velvet dress for alteration and they said to pick it up after 5 days charging me so much, alterations costing more than the price of dress I go to try it on and they have burnt my dress all over with the iron or steamer and denying it saying the material is like that. They were trying to cover it up and saying they don’t know how the burn marks happened and that it was already like that never ever again trusting this place bloody pathetic and rude! This is 3 days before the event I’m left with nothing! Disgusting selfish human beings!

Went to pick up my dress, nothing was done. Had to wait 1 hour in the shopping centre to get it altered.
My white dress was left with yellow highlighter, pins were done upside down and it wasn’t done the way that i asked. Never again!

Thank you so much to the staff here. I had an interview round noon, and they did an amazing alteration to the pants that I purchased that morning. The staff did an amazing service in a time frame that went above and beyond. Thank you again so much. Will be back, upon needing anything done. Reliable, friendly service.

Previously a loyal customer who regularly used their dry cleaning services. However, my dress was destroyed by this business and instead of an apology or solution, I was disrespected and accused of ruining my own dress. As a long standing customer, I am utterly disgusted by their conduct. Please reconsider using their services as I will never go back after the way I was treated.

Would not recommend this place, even to my worst enemy.
Took a new pair of leather pants to get shortened here. Asked several times if they knew how to fix it as it’s an unusual material. The lady reassured me that they did, with the utmost confidence. However my $500 pants are now ruined. Glue in random places, stiffness where they left the glue, and worst of all, it smells like strong superglue, not fabric glue. All they did in terms of compensation was reluctantly return the $25 I paid for the alternation. And the apology for the shotty job wasn’t even genuine.

Extremely expensive for minor alterations. I mean why would you want to pay more than the garment's price for a mere alteration only?

I gave them my suit for dry clean and today when i open it, its full of bugs. Now i have to dry clean it again for Another Place

Great service, very quick with their work and are professional. Got no beef with them speaking another language because they get their work done with no nonsense. Great customer service, explained everything to me so I understood what they would be doing to the garment, and also gave their professional opinion when asked. I give four stars because the price was high, but then again, I did have to get a lot of alterations. But great work overall and I am happy, can't fault anything else.
