Never in my life have I seen such appalling workmanship and treatment.

We asked for the suit jacket to be taken in on the sides and some how the lady took in way too much, to a point where my partner couldn’t lift his arms.

We have been up and back 4 times to get this jacket fixed.
Finally today we have gotten it fixed but only to be left with rippling in the back of the jacket.

It is completely ruined. $1000 suit destroyed. Only for us to receive a partial refund.

Do not go to this place!

I really hate leaving negative reviews and usually avoid reviewing altogether when my experience is negative. But I don't want you to go through what I did, so here goes:

They measured my pants to hem and bring in the leg. The hemmed length was longer than what was pinned which was evident upon collection. What followed was the worst display of customer service I've ever witnessed. The tailor went on to abuse me saying that the tailor always worked to the pin and that I the customer had to own my decision and that I am wrong wrong wrong and that the tailor who pinned it would have only done what I instructed and that I'm entirely to blame. The pants did not come out the way they were pinned in regards to hem length. It didn't actually bother me that my garment was ready to pick up on time, and that they would need to be re-altered. But the abuse I copped from attendant. This is not customer service. People don't talk to each other like that. So rude.

Shame really, because the workmanship looked solid. And the price was fair.

They were indeed extremely rude. They will also happily over quote a ridiculous price if they don’t want to do a job.

Awful customer service, do not waste your time with this alteration place!

I decided to call up to get an idea of pricing before going in and upon going in, the lady tried to charge me an extra $15 on top of the original quote.and all for a simple hem on a pair of pants. When saying that I was told something different over the phone, she was so rude and threw the pants back at me as to say you can take them and go then.

Would never go back to this place, shocked if anyone is a repeat customer here considering how badly they treat their customers.

Further - the price is double an ordinary repairer. Their works are avg too.

I gave my dress for shortening the hight and straps. Tailor measured it and I emphasized a lot about the size that l prefer. After a week they delivered my dress shorter than what they measured also they didn't act on the straps! When l again got back after half an hour argument they accepted work on it again but nothing changed.when l went there to pick up my dress one of them behaved me impolitely and aggressively. Don't ruin your dress there.

I've been coming here for all of my alterations for years, even since I moved away from the area. The staff are always very friendly and helpful despite being super busy, and they do a fantastic job on all of my pieces.

Have been here multiple times including tonight where they fixed both sleeves that had torn on one of my favourite polka dot tops
There isn't anything they can't fix

Never again! Paid $88 (after 15% discount flyer) for a pair of men’s black formal slacks to be taken in. On pick up told that my sons’ legs were crooked which is why the pants sat crooked. Ended up taking pants to my mum and they were adjusted perfectly!

The ladies here do a fantastic job and are super speedy. I needed urgent hem alterations to 3 pairs of men's trousers done in a 2hr window before travelling and they got it done perfectly in just over an hour. Lovely service.

Do not recommend this place at all! I paid $150 to get my dress altered and it still was not what I asked for. At first they quoted me $200 and next week the worker told me that she has under charged. I refused to pay extra because I had given them my dress based off what they told me. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went back and forth to the alterations for 5 weeks and it was a waste of time, energy and money!

Friendly staff with amazing alteration skills. They give you good suggestions about tailoring. Highly recommend this place for people in need.

I have my suits done perfectly. They are a bit more expensive than local tailors but worth the money. My occupation requires me to dress up professionally and this is the only one I will recommend.

The lady served me was extremely nice and friendly. She worked in a very professional way when helping me to decide how my dress altered. I had my dress done very quickly (while it always took me longer elsewhere). Will definitely come back here when I need an alteration next time.

Been going here for years, then quoted me $30-$50 to alter a pair of jeans. Then tried to charge me $104. New jeans cost $50. Very poor service, try to extort people and waste my time. Avoid!

I had to leave a pair of trousers with them, I paid for the service but the dragon lady owner refused to give my trousers back because I did not have a ticket

Be very cautious they rip you off and problabld sell clothes to make a bit of extra cash

I have my pants tailored there, now I can't even fit my legs in. They must have made an error and cut twice as much! I'd prefer to try it on before I leave the store but they said I have to try at home instead. The pants was so badly tailored it was very unprofessional. A brand new pair of Ted baker completely ruined! I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

Lucy was amazing being able to accomodate my alterations with short notice especially during a busy Melbourne Cup Carnival period. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Lucy has done an excellent job on the hem of my brand new Peter Jackson suit pants. Its great to get service with a smile too.
