Binh is the best tailor ever! Been her customer for years. Have been to other tailors too for urgent jobs however ended up with sending everything to Binh to get the jobs re-done at last. I always have piles of garments to be tailored with my special requirements. She never complains the quantity of work and always makes difficult jobs possible to ensure that I'm happy. I even shared my bad experience with other tailors, she never tries to praise herself or defame others, instead she doesn't make comments. She's a tailor with patience, competent skills and emotional intelligence. These qualities of hers make me keep bringing business for her. I still keep going to her even if I moved a bit far. Will be her lifetime customer.

This place is great for alterations they turn around the job so quickly and the quality is amazing. Have been coming here for sometime now affordable and friendly. Would recommend them for dry cleaning and tailoring of all sorts.

Quick, easy, & good quality. Came in needing a quick turn around on a suit purchased overseas and was able to have a full suit, (jacket & pants) resized within two days. Would recommend.

I had my Schott leather jacket pinned and altered here- narrowing the whole length of both sleeves and a bit of the trunk. Overall I was happy with how it turned out but I wasn't 100% satisfied with the stitching on one of the arm. After 3 weeks have passed I brought it back to Looksmart not knowing what to expect really. To my pleasant surprise, no issue at all! The nice lady there (sorry I forgot her name) remembered me and happily took it back to fix, which involved opening up the lining of the jacket again. Not a quick and easy task I must say. I'm now 100% happy with the end result! Thank you!

My bridesmaid dress was altered here and they somehow attached the front 2 straps together and back 2 straps together so the front of the dress became the armpit of the dress.they did fix it for free but the lady certainly didn't apologise for the massive mistake and 3hr return trip it took to get there.

My sister always wanted to use our mom's bridal wear on the day of her wedding.
I thought of surprising her by restoring it back to it's former beauty.
So, I had it repaired and restyled at this place and their work is just perfect!
My sister loved it but, mum loved it more:)

I picked up my $400 merino wool blanket to find it full of pet hair that was impossible to take out even after having it cleaned again. Being allergic to pets, I ended up throwing the blanket away and getting a new one.

I have been using Looksmart Alterations at Brandon Park Shopping Centre for over 6 years. I always receive quick excellent service and a friendly smile and all the alterations are spot on.

The ladies are always so friendly and so reliable and so knowledgeable - they can repair anything and they always do a first rate job. Their costs are so affordable that I take all my alterations and repairs there, things I used to do myself at home, I now bring to them as I know it will get done properly and at a great price.
