I brought my dress in with a concern about not knowing how does altering works, the lady was SUPER nice and professional. She not even patiently answered all my questions but provided a high quality and efficient outcome when I got my dress two days ago!
A lot of alter shops can be overpriced or rushing customers to make decisions, however I can even tried on the dress when I collect it, giving me great assurance about their quality and services. Thank you SO MUCH for this service will def recommend friends!

I regularly get clothing items altered there and always friendly staff. Go above and beyond to help when I left something behind. Reasonable prices and quality work.

I paid $50 to have a pair of Calvin Klein jeans to taken up and asked for the same hem that they had when I bought them.
The stitch and cotton is different and the stitching is not straight. The hem is about 5mm for the edge of the Jean, the original was about 10mm. Very poor quality work, my jeans I feel have been damaged.
Very disappointing experience. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Its a little expensive though but you'll get it the way you want it so it's worth it

I got my formal dress shortened here. Very disappointed the bottom of it is very uneven and especially for the price of $140. The only option was to shorten it again to fix it and I did not want it shortened anymore, got refunded $70. Very unhappy especially since the dress was $600.

Absolute joke! I paid 58 dollars for dry cleaning and sewing a pant. When I picked it up on the day after the schedule, the reception lady took 5 minutes looking for my pant, which was right behind her. And I found my pants was not even sewed when I got home!

The service here is awesome! Michelle is super friendly, and genuinely wants to make sure you look the best in the clothes that you bring in.

Had my pants alterted with original hem done in 30 mins! The work was proffesional and the staff were friendly. I will be getting all my alterations done here from now on.

They are all extremely lovely, kind and helpful and always take the time to explain the work that needs to be done, which shows they care about their customer, and the garment.

Looksmart chadstone are very professional and friendly. I don’t tend to review often but after having my suits taloired by these specialists I felt like the need to let people know that they’re in very capable hands.

They explain everything to you and make you feel like a valued customer.

The atmosphere is cool and the lady at the front always so happy and bubbly makes the environment that much special.

I went in today to get a price on a simple hem up on a A-line white linen skirt that had a lining and the lady behind the counter (after tapping away on her keyboard to give me my "special price") told me it would cost $60! OMG that is nearly double what my local shop charges. Save some money and shop around people.

Came in to get my suit pants taken up and jacket taken in. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly team. Definitely the place to get your wardrobe altered.

Paid expensive price to alter straps on dress and hemline. Hemline was cut too short - totally ruined dress for prom! Straps were still in knots and never altered! Worst place to tailor clothes. They are so quick to collect ur money but simply cannot deliver! So disappointed. I need to complain to their head office.

I asked for alterations on my formal dress. When it was returned they never altered the sleeves that I had paid for and the hem that they actually bothered to fix was too short.
