Terrible scheduling and no idea what customer service is.
Offered me a time and date via SMS, I accepted 6 minutes later and when I turned up for the appointment he made out that his incompetence was somehow my fault for not replying soon enough. He then suggested I come back in 2 days to try again. As if I would waste any more if my time when I can get a reliable hair cut 10 minutes away.

I tried several times (during business hours) to book an appointment but no response, very disappointed. You have to improve in this aspect of your business if you want to retain clients.

Best barber you'll find around the area. Really passionate about his work and giving you what you're after the best he can. I'll be coming here for every haircut from now on. Thanks for the excellent and friendly service.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants a barber with a substance! It is not easy to find a good barber nowadays and I got lucky! He does an amazing job and I really appreciate the detailed time and skill he puts into anything I feel a rush of! Besides, it's a very clean professional atmosphere!
