Amazing customer service! The sales ladies knew their stuff and explained really well. They were chilled and that made me relaxed. It was a wonderful experience and they didnt make me fell like an idiot for asking questions. Ended up buying two items!

Yohan was extremely helpful and made my retail experience very special when I was buying a replacement for my older bag.
