10Very bad shopping experience, terrible in-store or online customer service, Whatever the complaint to customer service，customer service is just perfunctory. Wasting time, not recommence this brand any more.
Went into the Chadstone store after work Tuesday 25th 23 to collect an online order was greeted warmly by the two ladies working, both were very attentive and efficient in communicating if my order was correct and packing into a bag. I was in the store less than 5 minutes but didn't seem rushed. Well done ladies thanks for the fast efficient service!

When I was coming in and I had noticed that a Korean sale was laughing about customers, even customers totally knew and heard about her words!

Had such a great experience in store the other day. Was buying Christmas gifts and the customer service was incredible. The pieces are beautiful too.
Worst experience ever! The staff who served us were rude and loud. Smelled like cigarette and too much perfume, must be to hide the bad smell! We asked some simple questions and she couldnt give us any answer and shouted to other staffs for answer. Shame we expect better. Too bad since they have good products and black friday sale
Staff were super sweet and went above and beyond to find an item for me. They got busy while I was in store, but the girl who served me apologised for the wait as she worked miraculously to tend to all customer's needs.
Experience was enjoyable and I was able to have a good chat while I was there as well. Will definitely be coming back.
Came today to purchase a gift. Unless you are Asian they do not even see you! There for 10 mins and not even a look- they were not busy- Superficial, fake comments to other customers by staff, falling over themselves to obtain a sale. Chadstone is at risk of losing local customers with this type of shopping atmosphere. All the high end designers shops are mostly empty.
