Great Family Medical Centre. My usual Doctor is Dr Mabo whom is a brilliant, gentle, friendly and professional doctor who always listens to patient needs. Other doctors I also saw there were just as awesome. I highly recommend Long Street Family Medical and bonus is they bulk bill

I was able to be squeezed in on short notice for a short phone consultation to get scripts I needed urgently before a trip to see a friend in another state. It was quick and done without problems. This well-run General Practice has some very good doctors with broad medical knowledge and expertise. The friendly and helpful staff have excellent communication skills. The online appointment booking system works very well and it is unusual to be kept waiting for more than a few minutes for a consultation. The fact that all patients are bulk billed is certainly a plus. Highly recommended.

As usual our doctor was on time and very helpful. The nurse and other staff are always friendly. Would recommend this clinic.

Before I outline the problem I would like to say Kara at reception, my attending nurse administering vaccine and Manager Jocelyn were all extremely cordial and very nice. Unfortunately this is not enough to offset the extremely unprofessional actions of Dr Ram Yellappa.
As I was supposed to receive a free Whooping cough vaccination for parent of a newborn, I was surprised when he motioned to his screen saying it was only for mothers, but I had no reason to doubt him. He then made me get a prescription from the chemist, taking time to stop me from speaking to the receptionist before I left, as he evidently knew they would explain to me it was free and that they actually had the vaccine there at the clinic! So now I am am $40 out of pocket and unable to reclaim this. It may seem like a negligible amount of money to be concerned about but we have plenty of other costs to shoulder as parents, and the principle is much more important, particularly when one expects healthcare professionals to act with integrity.

I have been lucky enough to have met so many amazing people that I have met at Long Street Medical Centre. The people know who they are: but just in case they don't. Dr Tilak, Sheryl, Leahne, Cara, nurses that are happy to help when they can.and Joceyln. I've been to some really dark places and every one of you have been there for me as humans not just workers! And for that - I know I have made some friends for life. Thanks to them - I have my life still too!
The staff at this clinic go above and beyond and I'm a lucky woman.

Joke of a clinic. Try to take every last $ out of your pocket. 30 second "phone consultations" they charge $40 for. Brutal service. Do not recommend. Receptionists don't help out. Horrible management, the list goes on.

I haven’t been here since 2017, but I recently moved back to the area. I had an appointment today and the reception staff were very friendly and acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the door.
My appointment was with Dr Khadeeja Saleem. She was very friendly, professional, listened to me& wasn’t rushing me out of the door like most doctors do.
I will definitely be returning. A+ clinic.

As always the reception staff was pleasant and helpful and greeted me by name. Again as usual Doctor Ram was on time and helped with all my questions. He is very good at fully explaining any medical questions. He seems a very caring and knowledgeable professional.

I have been attending this clinic for 6 years now. I see Dr Ranasinghe. Dishani is a very compassionate Dr. I can discuss any problem with her and receive great input. She is very knowledgeable and up to date with current practice.
