Nearly after 7 years of home being built, I contacted this builder to fix wall cracks and they did it without any arguments. I was the new owner of this house. Very smooth people to deal with.

I have been very lucky to have LIH as my builder. House was handed over within timeframe promised. Danae my client liaison has been amazing throughout with prompt follow ups and understanding. I think we both worked as a good team to get the things done. Process was smooth throughout. Prince guided us initially at aintree office. Joe really sped up when he took over a site supervisor as well. Overall satisfied and would recommend and would build again. Thanks for entire team

Long Island Home is a builder we would highly recommend! We had such a great building experience and journey with them. They provided great value and produced a beautiful home.

Let's start at the beginning where Chandra was very helpful and knowledgeable, he ensured that we had thought of everything that we would potentially want in our new house.

Our client liaison Danae was absolutely amazing right from the beginning - she was always responsive to our calls and emails but also very helpful throughout the journey and provided us with such comfort and confidence throughout the process.

Tabu was a great help throughout our colour appointment and really helped us design our room.

Our site supervisor Joe is a top guy and so glad we had him look after our build. He provided great insights to our silly questions but also has great knowledge and experience.

We had a team of experts to help us through a journey that could have been stressful but the made it so seamless.

We are currently enjoying our beautiful home and that's thanks to the team at LIH.

We started our journey with Long Island homes during covid (what a time that was lol) We went to the display in Armstrong creek and spoke with Karen to explain our vision, from the get go we felt like Long Island homes was the builder we wanted to build with. Karen was so helpful with the planning of our house design and always had a solution if we came to a road block. We then moved over to the Colour Selection, we had a great day choosing our selections with Hayley / Danae, the communication during this process was great, anything that needed to be addressed or followed up was always done.
Danae was our client liaison who helped us immensely she was always picking up details that we had missed or over looked and always came up with a solution or an option which we appreciate so much, Thanks Danae for all your hard work.
We then moved to site where we had Dragan as our Site supervisor, Dragan was amazing! We had a few little bumps in the road like, we had ordered a custom brick which was a longer order to arrive, he organised other things to be done so the build didn’t stop. When we had our site visits he was very knowledgeable and always answered and addressed any questions or concerns we had, he also picked up things that even our private inspector didn’t pick up. Thank you Dragan for your dedication and hard work with our build.
We would also like to thank the engineers and management and behind the scenes people and trades that built our house, I can honestly say that this build felt like a family working together to create our dream home.

Too many hidden costs, Zero customer service after signing contract and deposit money. They don't even show you some items which included in your quotation during color selection. Fake colorbond roof system because birds going into my house roof everywhere and they said call pest control. Birds still annoying us everyday after installing steel gutter guard because they left loop hole to go into the roof.
Fake glass balustrade around void its broken itself and damage my property, fell down on my couch where we siting a minute ago and stand up after a noise, its very dangerous. They blamed us for broken glass balustrading. Took too many months after contract time period and didn't give me enough rent rebate. Don't sign any contract with them they are dodgy.

It was a pleasure to have long Island Homes building my own home. From the start it me at easy including budget and good quality. My decision to build with long Island Homes was supported by excellent service recommendation from persons I know Atul Jhamb years of experience building quality home. I am so happy we did Sansara 430 home. Kassanda give your excellent opinions on the right time. You would always promptly answer questions and call us. If discussing the situation or issues we have you are professional, kind and understanding the email and phone responses. Thank you again for all helping us. We took possession of our new home on the 28/04/2023. What an amazing job Long Island Homes did with our new place. From the time we looked were looking at the displays in Aintree (Western Suburbs (Victoria) to the time the build began. Nothing was ever a problem with Long Island.

We had our colour appointment in October 2021 where we spoke to our interior designer and went through everything step by step.

We were suggested but not pressured into choosing certain things over others as it would go better and it was really exciting to see our colour scheme come together. It was re-assuring that we had an expert to help us through this step.

On the same day we met with our Client Liason and from day one she was amazing. Whenever we had a question even a stupid question she answered them and assured us that there were "No Stupid Questions" anything we wanted to know was just a quick e-Mail or a phone call away. Sometimes things weren't answered on the same day but definitely by the next day they were.

Long Island Homes poured our slab Late May 2022 and we waited for about 7 weeks because of the wood shortage which they could have of added onto the contract. We noticed that there were little things happening all the time and we were happy with the progression. (I guess people need to understand that we are not their only customers and although things may take a little while to get done Long Island Homes won't forget about you.) They gave themselves 368 days to build our home and we were in in 341 days. We were a little worried about supply issues with bricks and things like that but it just never happened. Everything just progressed so well. All the trades we spoke with were happy and polite to us. There was never any issue about not getting paid for doing work from Long Island Homes.

Finally about 18th of April 2023 we had our PCI inspection. We did find a few little minor issues with paintwork, windows and guttering (Not Long Island Homes fault) dented by a builder next door. But these were all very minor and were fixed before the 28th of April when we moved in.

At the handover our supervisor showed us all the things that we had pointed out that had been fixed and that we had a few appointments where the trades people would come and connect everything for us. He said to us if there are any issues simply write them down and we will address them at the 90 day maintainance meeting, and we were more than happy with that. We are so happy with Long Island Homes and would recommend them to anyone wanting to build a good quality home for your family or friends. They have done a spectacular job with our home and we couldn't be happier.

Long Island Homes was great to build with. We had a really flawless build! Everything was smooth and the quality of the build was great.
Our site supervisor Rob was fantastic, was always happy to speak with us and update us on the build. Made the experience for first home builders easier.
Denae was an exceptional client liaison officer, her responses to our emails were always the same day and made the process a lot easier for us.
All in all great service.

Don't ever build these people if you want peace of mind.
You might see other people writing such nice comments may be they exepected less for their first home but trust me they are not worth. Paying out of my pocket to get them fixed. Don't build with them.
Never ever again long island.

We started building over one year ago and still got no moving in date. Every inspection with Darbecca there's been a lot to rectify and has always taken weeks and weeks before it's done. Some poor workmanship with tiles and cabinetry. No communication with site supervisor except thru email via someone from the office. No direct contact allowed with site supervisor which is frustrating we cannot directly express our concerns. The original completion date supposed to be December last hear. We're now 2nd March, final inspection 2 weeks on Friday 4th March. Hopefully will get everything rectified and get our move in date. Unable to plan ahead of time due to hanging depending if they manage to sort everything that needed to be done. Messy work on the final inspection as usual loads of outstanding poor workmanship. What can I say, I can only blame covid for some delays but quality is important and to be honest not that good.

What a guy. Full of honesty, warmth and transparency. I shopped around all major builders and just felt like the builders are doing a favor to build for me. Whereas with long island homes Atul made me feel like family. Every small detail was discussed. Things that i didnt know about building a house and how other builders generally cut corners. I am still in touch with atul and will definetly continue this relationship! Unlike other builders and their consultants Atul kept in touch with me throughout my build checking on the status of my build and keeping me calm and happy:)

Shes so amazing and helpful. Always understands my issues and showed concern when i was anxious at every stage. I was probably one of the top painful clients but Danae handled it very professionally and always tried to address all my concerns. She has also been very accomodating and always on top of things for me. I felt really special working with her! My next house im definitely going with LIH and I would want Danae anyday as my client contact.

Ryan is so good. Knows every details top of his fingertips. Also a very nice guy always attended to my issues and every time i met him i learned something new about construction! He was replaced by con midway which i was bit skeptical. But i got lucky and con is a legend. Very hardworking and always helpful. The next time im building with LIH i would want con as my site supervisor without doubt. Very accomodating reachable and always ready to attend to my issues.

LIH management:
I appreciated how accomodating the management was. I wont share the details as nobody should follow what things i did haha. But i really think the managemnet has been very supportive and always did above and beyond for me. When certain things went out of stock or if certain things werent done correctly i was very well attended to. Happy with everything. You guys are doing great. Keep it up!

Before finalizing my home with Long Island I went to all big names in the market and saw dodgy plans that shows you everything but when you take the quote they say ohh Rumpus is not included (Port Davis).

Long Island's consultant Atul (Tarneit) guided me and my friend and their plan includes everything what is on the display house, no shifty marketing.

My house is under consutruction and they are very responsive on emails and responsibly send updates. Kassandra Polizzi is my and my friend's consultant during the construction phase and she has been exremely helpful from design to changes and responding to emails.

It is an amaizing experience building my house with Long Island and their amaizing team. I will update more once construction is completed.

What a wonderful journey! These guys are best. Danae was my client manager, she taken care everything from day one to keys handover. Cooperative, fair recommendations, very helpful during the conservations with management, frequent updates, we had many changes from the initial plan and she made the journey hassle free. 10 out of 10, any small problem, I would simply say Danae, can you help me? She would sort it for us. Now coming back to construction manager, Mitch. Wonderful person to deal with and never comprise on quality, he sticks to his timelines, prompt response, very helpful, gives solution to any problem, top quality work.

We are so lucky to engage with Long Island homes as they delivered our beautiful house by making our dream come true. Very unfortunate to build our property with Long Island homes. Their warranty team should cover structure faults which was issue in the first year. Similar problem gap in eaves came again at property through movement of eaves. Piece of advice, if you look after your existing customers they are more likely to recommend you.

As a first home, we looked into many builders to find something best fit for us, in floor plan to cost.

Met Prince as a sales representative, who guided us with the floor plan and the things that we needed. He explained everything thoroughly, and guide us some of the things, we didn't have any idea.

Then we were very lucky to meet our amazing consultant Danae, who was understanding and helpful in everyway. She was very responsive for any enquiries and confusion we have. Also, she went extra mile to help us in anyway she can from the start of contract to, after the completion of house.

Then we met Sean our site supervisor, he was very helpful and looked our house build as his own. I had a private inspector, who were very impressed with the quality of work, that was done in the house.

I would say they started the construction with lot of delays but I am really happy with their workmanship. I had few concerns which were addressed quickly by the supervisor Charlie. Great admin team and Chander has been all ways outstanding with great knowledge and support. Looking forward to see it completed ASAP.

It was a delight working with Danae and Seam, there level of customer service is the best, they always get back to me on time and accommodate all my requests.

I am not only extremely happy with my lovely home, but also happy with the whole process throughout the building with Long Island Homes. This is my first home and my forever dream home. I can't thank the Karen, Danae and Robbie who I dealt with enough, from start to finish for helping me through the whole process. As a disabled veteran it was very overwhelming experience for me. They were patient, kind and very professional and a pleasure to deal with.
