Michael's lomi life therapeutic bodywork was just the reset I needed! I'd been stuck in a rut mentally and physically for a while, and suffer from acute sciatica and other health issues. Michael is a gentle yet powerful and grounded person and practitioner, and I felt safe and nurtured throughout. I really appreciated the consult prior, and the options of specific BodyWorks that combined remedial and Hawaiian for my particular needs. I left feeling much lighter and more relaxed and have truly felt uplifted and happy today, which I haven't felt in months. Very grateful and will definitely be returning in the not too distant future ️

Went to see Michael for another amazing session on Thursday. It had been a wee while since I was there and boy did I need it. It's an hour and a half of pure bliss and he always reminds you to let go and be in the moment. Breathing is so important. I came out so relaxed and refreshed and went straight home to absorb the benefits and drank lots of water. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will be squeezing in another before the year's end. Michael is incredibly good at what he does. I had been quite sore, epsecially in my neck, shoulders and back, due to working out of a somewhat less than ideal home office setup for a considerable period. Michael did his thing and I left feeling like a new person. I cannot recommend him enough!

Following a recommendation from a friend - this was the massage therapy experience I didn't know I needed!

After a long wait due to COVID19, I returned to see Michael and had my wonderful KAHUNA massage last Friday morning. It was a lovely welcome from Michael and it was so warm you'd think I was in Hawaii. I thoroughly enjoyed my head to toe massage and was totally blissed out upon completion. This particular massage has benefits that lingers on for days. I completely switched off from the world for that hour and a half. This is self care and I realised I missed it immensly last year. I will be returning sooner rather than later. Thanks again Michael, you are a gem:)
