Every party planner can agree that planning an event that will WOW your guests is a stressing and difficult ordeal, Although i did it with such ease this time around. The staff here are extremely helpful, I had initially made communications with Jade about an upcoming event but was a little skeptical providing the stresses of the current pandemic. Jade reassured me that everything will be okay and if need be postponing the event and having the decorations made up at a later date is accepted. So with no hesitations i started planning the event. Jade offered not only excellent product knowledge but was also able to give me guidance and recommendations when needed. She has been monumnetal to this entire process and really taken the stress out of this entire process. So thank you JADE for your excellent customer service, product knowledge and for being an incredible attribute to the service team at Lombards.

Why say you do balloon delivery if you intend to charge $150 for delivery to south morang? Regardless of what is ordered! That is ridiculous. Will never be back

Every time i enter this place i cringe cos i know im gonna get some bad attitude speaking staff member and u do, for any little request.
Clearly this company's extremely desprate for staff. Sad ive been coming to this place since i was a kid at there very first ever store near Essendon and it was an absolute treat to visit i looked forward to it as a child as the experience was like entering a childs party with entertainers they were so happy and now its like.ive got no words actually for this store as to how nasty these girls are.

This place is magical! Amazing products for kids party and special occasions, whatever your need is, its all available here, from balloons to glitters, you name it and its all here. Special customized orders for balloons are a treat.

We ordered balloons for our daughters first birthday and they did a fantastic job and exceeded our expectations. Prices are reasonable, the quality they provide is amazing for the price you pay. Staff is great and always happy to help, a lovely lady helped us during the selection of ballons and suggested the best produrts to suit our needs.

Parking is always available and location is easy to find.

Friendly staff, can be a bit of a wait when they are on phone with another customer, which is usual at every store. Huge varieties to chose from for any party. Keep up the good work:)

Abysmal customer service.
Abrupt & rude staff. On top of that they refused my 3 year old daughter the use of their toilet. Needless to say, we will not be back.

Staff is very unprofessional and rude. Never help even if we ask help they ignore.have to wait 10 min to get served.went twice both time same thing happened.

Didn't have what I saw on the website. Had to wait for staff member to finish their phone conversation before I was helped. When I was eventually served the lady was friendly and helpful.

This store we've used a few times for party supplies, but we use to use the store in Moonee ponds! Always found them to be prompt and cost effective. Last example was my mother in laws 70th which they made table balloon displays, that was six months ago and they're still standing (although a little saggy). I can't recall having to complain about there balloons being below par! Of course there's everything else to do with parties and fancy dress, awesome stuff.

Was sent on a wild goose Chase, rang and asked for a costume in stock to which they said yes we have 2 available, get there and they can't find them. But was told another store had some, which I asked if they could call and make sure. Not very reliable at all.

Range was good for Halloween, and the prices are reasonable. Problem is the staff - actually, just one woman who spoke to me in a very condescending manner. I wasn't all dressed up, just a maxi dress and jacket so she probably assumed I wasn't there to spend up big.

Don't talk down to your customers.is it becase I'm Asian looking, you assumed it was ok to treat me that way? If I didn't know better, I'd say racism is alive and well at Lombards Epping. Never going back.

Customer service is non existent in this place. There was 2 girls working and I was the only customer in store. I was ignored the whole time no one asked if I needed a hand, even though I was walking up and down the aisle looking for something in particular than I realised why should I continue shopping here when I'm not acknowledged so I walked out.
