Hired a Helium tank and left the nozzle on the tank when I returned the bottle. The woman behind the counter berated me that I broke the nozzle, yeah I probably was told that on the Friday night when I hired the bottle made a mistake and left it on. But there is a way to advise people that it was to be taken off prior to return you don’t talk to someone like they are dirt on their shoe, the nozzel looked the same to me. The nozzle looked like it went to war IT WAS WORN AND DIRTY gave it back in the same condition, looked like it was very old but I didn’t take photos when I picked up the item, please take photos of the nozzle if you do hire from here you will loose your deposit. Never will come back as she was rude when I returned the bottle. She didn’t even give me the nozzel back since I am the proud owner of a broken nozzel they will probably use it again…. BECAREFUL

Such terrible customer service, both over the phone and in store. Visited the store on multiple occasions and the staff are stubborn and patronising. Don’t go here

Ordered some balloons for my son's birthday party. Picked up first thing in the morning all prepared and ready to go.

Well secured and covered in bags to reduce the risk of losing any from the shop to my car and to the venue.

Balloons lasted well (I paid extra to ensure the balloons would last more than 24 hours).

Great colours and designs. Staff are knowledgeable, flexible and accommodating with customer requests. Price was okay - acceptable for what I was getting.

Lots of parking onsite which is very convenient.

Will definitely look to them again for future parties.

I lov this place & i've been there a bunch of times and i'll deffo keep going but OMG i bought this tutu from here and i opened it up and took it out of the plastic when i got home and there were two dead bugs in it! It was so gross holy idk why they sell things with dead bugs in the packaging: (made me so sad they probably suffocated in there and died painfully and i cried a bit.customer service is good tho x

The team at Lombards were friendly, knowledgeable and experienced in their approach to our last minute prop hire enquiry. Lynny and Alex went above and beyond to assist when certain items were not available. The set up and pick up were seamless and the result was perfect.

Actually beyond disappointed with the service there.
Spent 20 minutes on the phone booking light up number hire, only to be called the next day to say they can't provide one of the numbers and by that point it was too late to organize something else. Unhelpful and unorganized!

Great range of items for your party and fancy dress needs, or just for props etc for role play that kids would absolutely love, my nephew certainly did. Large range of balloons. I found most of the prices quite reasonable. Staff really helpful. Ample parking.

Limited range of loose balloons (no welcome home or similar?) But staff were friendly, helpful and efficient.

It's a great place but popular items don't seem to be replenished quickly especially around the Christmas/New Year period

The staff was really helpful helping me pick out certain things, they are really kind. Even though they were very busy they still put this together for me:) 4 stars because some things can be over priced but all in all, good place for party items and baloons. Theres so much variety

Arrived 20 minutes early - or prior to opening time - to pick up balloons. Noticed door open and a customer being served so thought I would approcah the front door. As I got there staff member advised “we are not open” I stated the obvious in that thcase door was open and someone was being served. Door was quickly closed in my face together with a dirty look from the staff member. Not good customer service very rude. I admit I was early but had already ordered and paid for my balloons. Closing doors in someone’s face is not good at all.
