Fantastic service…Kids really enjoyed…and they felt safe here…Roya and Meddie were great …

I took my 2 daughters there yesterday and Preeti was very helpful. She didn't know about a particular promotion, so she asked someone rather than saying we don't have that promotion. I love such people who take passion in their work. She was also very good with kids and her customer service was great. Keep being great Preeti. Only improvement on the centre is that sometimes vacuums are left after cleaning that needs to be put away as dangerous, kids can fall.

Roya and Maddie had been amazing during the birthday party of one of my friend. Enough space for kids to play and nice atmosphere.

We always come here and Kids always enjoy at here. It's very spacious and lots of activities to do. This time we met very friendly and efficient staff Gurpreet (preeti). She was very helpful and made us the yummiest potato wedges. Thank you so much for your service preeti.

Very good see new management i use to come a lot here but this is first visit in new management they fix some very old issue here better cleaning now and staff is much friendly now specially preeti she is very nice and friendly i would sai 6 out of 5 for preeti

Went to lollipops today with my daughter and was very pleased to see the toddler area has been refurbished with new mats and toys! Was such a pleasant surprise! Thoroughly enjoyed our time there, snacks were delicious, had a blast on the car ride and the staff were exceptionally friendly! Can’t wait to go back!

Rita the young lady that works there was great friendly and bubbly with the kids. She was fair with the ride line and also saw her cleaning up tables after customers leave great service

I have come with my 10 month old a few times and it has always been a pleasant visit. They have a Toddler section meant for under 3 which is great and provides a safe environment for younger kids - have recently replaced the flooring too!
Also have a good variety of food and drink. Thanks and will return

We had my nephews 1st birthday here in August 2022! We were actually really surprised at how wonderful the play centre was and how big & spacious it was. The car caught my eye in an instant as well as the big play area and eating area so we decided to book my sons 1st birthday here also. Venue was clean, the staff were super friendly and patient and were so easy to deal with, we felt no pressure to rush out after the event.
They provided rubbish bags for all our rubbish and we didn’t have to dispose of it ourselves which was a massive stress relief after a big birthday! Highly recommend! The management were also the best as well & super friendly!
