Lollipops Playland & Cafe Pakenham

Wow…. This place has gone down hill like crazy…been coming here for years but after my visit today never again…. The place is so dirty it’s not even funny…I’m taking about sticky stains and dirt on the floor…everything is so worn out…rips everywhere…the play area itself is now dangerous…all my kids got hurt on the slides today…ripped skin and burn marks all over…all the equipment is old and unsafe…the cafe uses the lowest quality of food possible…today was 30 degrees and no air con at all.the place stunk from the fryers smell…do yourself a favour and avoid this place!

Wondeful place, my little one enjoys it. Kudoos to the team for keeping the play centre so clean.

More of a playcentre for real young kids but in saying that my 8 year old had can absolute ball

Our child loves this play centre, he his one years old & in the baby area.
Whenever we come whether it’s a weekday or weekend much older kids are in this toddler area being very rough and taking the whole space, our child has been bumped down and blocked out of areas he would like to go have a look at because these kids are like 4-6 years old, parents are no where watching these older kids and staff are never monitoring so they take over & there is a perfectly good older area that they should be in that is actually for that age group so it would be more fun for them anyway.

Went there today, love the changes to the playground and machines. All I can suggest is that you clean the handles to the doors in the toilets. I wiped one of them down from poo residue on it. Kind of squeamed me out.
Lovely staff, nice atmosphere.

I think for safety reasons they need to add a child safety gate to the entry to their cafe/kitchen area! And also keep the door to their kitchen closed. It was mainly clean here though and a nice spot for your kids to play, will be hard to watch more than one child though especially if you have a runner!

Great playground, reserved tables with chairs on them accident waiting to happen. Most staff lovely

Awesome place for kids! Very clean and food is very yummy also reasonable prices.
Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Happy overall. I don't like the fact that my 2 year old can open the entry gate. When we were there it had no lock. I also don't agree with chairs being placed upside down on the table.
Couple of safety issues that need to be addressed

Been to crocs before but 1st time to lollipop. It closes at 5 but staff pushing people out of the areas since 4. Its open till 5 to public means staff cant push kids out of the areas. Otherwise place is good

Probably the cleanest play centre I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to tons over the years. Coffee isn’t bad either.

Went here for a party and it was bad. First the room wasn't ready (the mum got a call at 11am when party started at 12), when it was ready the drinks weren't there until after we asked, food wasn't out on time and when it came out was cold. Previous party food was left out on an adults table the whole time we were there noone cleared it. Our party room wasn't cleaned between food and cake a mum had to do it then the person who did the cake left a sharp knife (from cake) and lighter where the kids could get it.
When all if this was brought up to the boss he shrugged it off and said you should have told us. Well mate we were supervising our kids while also making sure they didn't get hurt by what was left around or eat the food that had been sitting there. Why should we have to tell you how to do your job thays what you were paid for.

Before all the Karen's come out, I worked in hospitality industry for years, and did weddings, functions and kids parties.
Over all would not recommend having a party there not worth the money.

Very bad experience, we had the place for private hire for 3 hrs, and after we finished the lady was aggressive to us and through a phone cable in my face and shouted to the kids to finish playing

Great for kids. Has a fun toddler area for the younger ones (when the older kids aren't jumping around in there)
The Cafe is fairly price and the food is pretty decent.
The centre is really clean.
I've taken my toddlers a few times with family and will be continuing to do so.

Super handy place to visit to fill in a day or when the weather is bad. Lots of places to sit while the kids play, older kids love the rock climbing wall. Surprisingly nice chais and the wedges were yum too! Kids love the wiggles car ride and nice having seperate sections for the smaller and larger kids to play in.

Loved this indoor playground! Great food selection and the staff were so friendly! I also loved that it was clean and well staffed. It’s definitely our new favourite in the area!

Really pleased with the service from the Owner, there was only one rude cafe staff member but the service from everyone else was excellent:)

I love taking my daughter to this place, its always so clean and the service is great! The lady at the front desk is always so friendly and very professional

Staff was friendly, similar options as other Lollipop franchisees. Had enough parking even though the place was full

It was the most fun Ive had with my 3 yr old grandson, he absolutely had fun, staff were friendly fun and professional. Parents were having a ball, and the children were very friendly and helpful to the younger kids. This is our new best place, clean and good.
