Lollipop's Playland and Cafe Bundoora

AMAZING PLACE I used to go there a lot as a kid with my dad when I used to live in Melbourne but now I live in cairns + I'm almost 13 in November wish I could go back in time when life was normal those were the good times but hopefully I can go next year cause I'm seeing Niall Horan the show tour

The most amazing venue to hire for kids birthday! This is the second time i have hired this play centre and it was fantastic. Its suitable for all ages. All staff and management were excellent to deal with and are so lovely. They were so accomodating, flexible and it was clean and everything was perfect. Everyone had the best time and I cant wait to hire this venue again for future partys, it exceeded expectations and everyone had the best time! Thank you so much for making my sons 1st birthday so memorable. Dont hesitate to book this venue for your next party!

The young man who hosted my Son's birthdays on Saturday was so sweet and patient. My Son loved having his birthday party there.

We had our daughter’s birthday today here. Lots of miss communications and lack of costumer service, which I think due to lack of experience of their staff. They were not organised, since they served adults lunch earlier than kids! And not enough muffins for kids which I had to argue on that with the host to come over and have a look in the room, they served the no ham sandwiches and told us it was served based on our request! Which we never made such a this request, even when I found about the sandwich 3 hours before party they didn’t fix it.
Totally not happy with our experience and won’t choosing this play centre next time.

First time coming here and throwing a party for my lil one. We picked an early time slot which was perfect as it was extremely quiet and no made rush. The host we had was lovely and very presentable. Communication was great and everything ran on schedule. The small issue we nearly had was a neighbouring party that was on, we were almost charged their guests coffee due to a miscommunication amongst guest to staff. Luckily we fixed it. We only found out when a few coffees was getting sent to our party room. The platters were a little on the high side but still ended up with left overs. The one thing I would say, is the floor needed a proper mop before opening. We had arrived to staff still cleaning from what it seemed mess from previous night/afternoon. The party room floor still had food stuck to the floor. And the toilets just do need a check often as kids have accidents. Part from those small issues, overall we were happy and the kids had an absolute ball.

My son always has an amazing time here. Thank you for always being so lovely and welcoming.

Bundoora. Went in July, school holidays. Freezing! Everyone wearing puffer jackets…. If you had one. I didn’t. Just a jumper and it was icy cold. Even the kids were running around with jackets on and cold little ears and noses. If the heater was on, if there was one, it wasn’t working. So disappointing.

But the play area is great!

As an indoor playground, it’s fine. My son had a good time. The pirate ship was probably the best part, but the staff only ran it once over the whole time. Parking is a nightmare as it’s in a complex with assigned parking for each unit and there is no where near enough parking for all the customers for any of the units.

First time doing a party at a play centre and I couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. Amen was a great host and made sure everything went smoothly whilst keeping me updated throughout the event, thank you so much Amen for making it a great day! Will definitely be back for future parties

We had our sons second birthday on the weekend at lollipops Bundoora and we were so happy with everything! The staff were so so lovely and accomodating, the place was nice and clean, and all the kids had so much fun! Thanks team lollipops Bundoora, we’ll definitely be back!

This Centre has a boat ride that kids love and they rarely put it on.they keep saying in 5 mins and it never arrives. We've need here an hour and again nothing. I will not be returning here again.
Shortly after posting this review Claire approached us and apologised and a staff member gave the boys the boat ride. They were very happy. She mentioned they would be doing the boat ride hourly and offered us a return complimentary ticket. That was very nice.

This area my favorite play center and I like that close time 6pm usually.

Great service, lots of food for the kids to eat, endless time playing only criticism is that time flys when you've booked a party room. The 1.5hrs time frame isn't enough.

By far the cleanest indoor playground I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly passionate, especially shown in welcoming the children upon arrival. Highly recommended!

First time coming here and wow i was amaze, we were greeted by a young girl at the door super friendly, the play ground was clean and spacious. My 3 year old and 2 year old had so much fun we will be coming back for sure. And pricing wasnt too expensive 23 for both my kids.

My first time here, came for my daughter's 2nd bday.she had a ball! It's a great place, huge, with a smaller play section for the smaller tots.there's seriously something here for every kid and age group! Was also pleasantly surprised with the food.will definitely visit again.
I half expected my daughter to get sick after her visit just coz it's so hard with places like this to keep clean, but she didn't so I was pretty impressed in terms on hygiene (a place that size would be hard as to keep hygienic)

Had my grandsons 2nd birthday on Sunday! Outstanding day all round.party hosts were great, food was fresh and plentiful… but in my grandsons heart was his guest from the lollipop cat… If you do book a party? Book an ultimate.you get extra complimentary food and mostly the lollipop cat … you won’t be disappointed

I have been taking my daughter to lollipop bundoora since she was 2 years old! The service was always awesome til they hired one staff who doesn’t know how to talk to people she is always angry and rude! She is there all the time she has been so rude every single time i go there even my friends and relatives has noticed it without me mentioning anything to them! We had a Birthday party for my daughter’s 6th year Birthday and the girl in the coffee place (same girl with black hair) was rude again to my guests. Also they offer you something then they take the offer back with all excuses (dont trust any of the offers they wont give it to you unless you proof it in the email they pretend they dont know i gave them so many chances as the other girls and a boy there are very nice and thinking the owner is great herself vina.its only this girl is rude which makes the whole place looks bad this was the very last time Me, my friends and relatives visited Lollipops Bundoora! Worse management since the owner is not working there anymore and left the management to this girl with the worse service maybe she need to be trained before she face any customers… thanks lollipops for all other good times we had there when she wasn’t there.
