28 This place is nice and in a great location. Their prices probably don't match the lack of creativity or innovation behind their menu but it's still okay.
Mediocre I'd say.
Nothing on the menu makes you think "wow, I want to try that".
Great cafe. Second time we’ve been here (weren’t they clever to open over Christmas!) and we’ve been impressed with their excellent service, tasty fare and relaxed vibe. The menu has a refreshing Iberian take on traditional cafe fare, a point of difference to the other offerings in Seddon. Try their chai. It’s lovely.

I really like Lola Café! The staff are always friendly and helpful. The space is casual, the coffee is good and the food is delicious. Definitely give it a try.
My absolute favourite brunch spot in all of Melbourne. Every dish is a knock out, especially the Lisbon breakfast and the French toast. Could eat it every day!
Paid 12.50 for a pulled pork roll. Because it was listed with egg and bacon rolls etc on a board outside the shop it didn't occur to me it would come with salad so I didn't check and no reason for them to tell me. Fair enough.
Unwrapped it to remove the salad and it just ran with thin liquid. Not a couple of drips but enough to leave a nice patch on my trousers and the floors and seat of my car. The bread was half soggy, the whole thing was pretty much cold despite the fact the roll was only a minute or too old. It was just.gross.
Took it back, told to staff member to put it in the bin. Was told it was the first time in months anyone had complained. Fair enough.
Lola has good take-away coffee made with Allpress beans. Added bonus of having a wooden bench out the front where you can sit and drink it.
Food: Great food! Not your average cafe food you find at the 89 cafes in that street alone. Good menu!
Ambience: Lovely place honestly. Great decor, can go with family or meet friends. Place for the kids too, which is nice considering Seddon being such a small area.
Service: Great service, friendly staff.
Value: Great place to go if you wanna spoil yourself to a nice breakfast on the weekend!
