Peter was exceptional and helped me purchase my first Loewe bag! He is very attentive and holds a wealth of knowledge behind every product. I would highly recommend asking for Peter next time you visit this store as he will no doubt provide you with genuine support and a fantastic experience.

BEAUTIFUL new store and even better sales assistants! Ursula was SO incredibly friendly, chatty and helpful — nothing was a bother as she showed me all the different bags that I was interested in trying on, whilst offering her expertise! Left the store feeling so positive with my experience as sadly rare to have in Melbourne stores these days! Looking forward to my next visit!
