6Got shanked. Terrible service. Beds were uncomfortable. Workers VERY impolite. 0/10.
Great place. If you’re good and can go a whole week without shiving someone, then they let you out to go get drugs and stuff.

Good prison, my dog lives there cuz it robbed a store and knifed a cat. MY dog got out for good behavior and he said they treated him fairly.his words were "woof woof, woof woof. "
The staff are very kind. It is always difficult to visit anyone who finds themselves confined. Focussing on the positives is essential. They have a Teddy Bear making program which is positive. Visiting area is family friendly and legal reps are well-catered for.
In a perfect world Loddon prison wouldn't be a place I would choose to visit but I do however so as my son and I are able to spend precious hours with my fiance who is currently serving time there. I am grateful that the prison allows the visiting area to be a place that feels family friendly and isn't confronting or scary for children visiting there dad's. The staff in the canteen are always friendly and helpful. The playground helps by adding a fun time for children who's dad's proudly show off there Kids and forget for a while in time they are prisoners.
