I've come to this place today. Very helpful people working here, all the products are really good. I recommend this place for sure.

Was shopping for a pair of Blundstone boots. Rang first to enquire whether they had them in stock. Gave person on the phone the brand, code #, size, and colour. Yes, in stock. Drove straight there only to be told they don’t stock that style, ever. Product knowledge seemed poor. One of the two staff members at least attempted to be helpful. One, not so much.

Friendly, efficient and helpful service from Luke with a fast turnaround. Could not wish for more.

Have a good stock of workware, including boots and always places to park. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

Shopped here previously, went there today totally ignored, looked around for what I wanted spent 8 minutes before another customer came in who was greeted and served, still ignored, couldn’t find what I was looking for so left. You just lost a sale for two pairs of trousers and two shirts, I won’t be back.

I’ve shopped here before and liked the range they stock so decided to try get some tshirts screen printed for my small buisiness. Was quoted on my graphics and payed half as a deposit. As soon as my money was received I was told my graphics needed extra artwork and would cost more. I refused and granted they accepted I wouldn’t pay. Now I’m being told I can only use certain parts of my company’s logo otherwise they say they will have to refund. I can’t believe how hard it is for this company to do what they supposedly specialise in. They had my graphics with my first email. I’ve waisted too much time on this already. I would recommend elsewhere for anything printed.

Lovely staff. They have a lot of variety of products in store. I rate 4 stars, just cause they didn't have my size available, but they are able to order the sizes if they are not in store.

Amazing speed of delivery and great price we needed Boots in a specific colour style and size they had stock and it was shipped and delivered to Far North Queensland- Cairns in 2 days- THis was fantastic as it got to us before we flew out! Well done

Great service from very helpful staff. I had to change a pair of safely boots for an obscure OH&S reason, the great people at LOD understood the situation and helped with the exact boots to comply with the ISO900 standards. They have a broad selection of surgical masks and can print a company logo on them. LOD are one of the few places that stock bifocal safety glasses. They have, in stock, all the safety requirements for this "new normal" of COVID-19 PPE for businesses: signs, floor guides, and a range of surgical masks.

Really fair price, easy to navigate website and to top it off my pants came a daily earlier than expected!
