Booking training was excellent, Em was very responsive and easy to communicate with. On the day of my training, Sarah was incredibly knowledgeable & helpful! The booking and practical training was fantastic, and I'd highly recommend!

When I accidentally received the incorrect colored lamp, the team at Locks Lash went out of their way to correct the delivery issue. The service was above and beyond; coming out personally to my home after hours on a Friday night to swap over & also throwing in some goodies to say sorry.

I was very nervous and not very confident but Meni Sadri is such a great mentor, business woman and trainer. She is an amazing teacher with so much knowledge I left the course feeling inspired and confident to be able to start my own business. Im so happy and will do more courses with LocksLash.

Really love locks lash products, there lashes are such great quality! I also love there customer service, there goodies and discount codes sent out with your order.
Love that they go above and beyond for there customers.

The only lash supplier in Australia that actually connects with their customers and students. I completed a lash lift course about a year ago and they still check in to see how I am going! Love knowing the support is there if I ever need. Will definitely do more courses through Locks Lash.

I did a lash training course here and loved it! They broke down the whole process of being a lash technician from start to finish. They gave me all the tools I needed to start a career as a lash technician. It was a lot of fun and really simple! Highly recommend Locks Lash!
